Filming Schedule The big question of today was, WHEN?

My ideas for my documentary have all come together but when will it all come to life. In order to develop a schedule there was some factors that needed to be taken into consideration: 1. Amongst my 4 characters, when will they be free for me to film any interviews? 2. When will the equipment be free for me to use? 3. When will I be free for filming? These questions caused me to devise a schedule in order to organize the process of filming to fit everyone. In order to do this properly I collected the free periods of all my character: = Free Periods

From looking at this I was able to create a filming schedule that allows me to interview each character at a time best suited to them. However due to Emily and Oliver having totally separate free periods that Dami and Pauline the groups shots had to be taken during lunch and break, fortunately these are the only shots that all the characters are required.
