INT. GIRLS BEDROOM - NIGHT Music playing in the background. DARCY WILLIAMS - 20 wearing baggy pyjama tee-shirt and shorts. Applies her make up swiftly, she stares at her reflection in the mirror. She pulls and tugs her hair until it is perfect. She lifts up her body right, she begins strolls and bumps to the beat of the music and goes towards her wardrobe and open the doors. CUT TO: INT. BOYS BEDROOM - NIGHT It is a dark bedroom - all is shown is a bed, wheelchair and wide space. JONATHAN WILLIAMS - 18 - wearing baggy hoodie and tracksuit bottoms. He sits alone of a bed. Footsteps creek above through the ceiling. He fiddles and twirls about with his fingers. He dazes into the window, with partial light hitting his face. He looks around grabbing anything to find. Jon grabs the pillow and throws it to the ground. He then slides into a ball. CUT TO: INT. GIRLS BEDROOM - NIGHT Darcy stands near her wardrobe. She takes off her tee-shirt and swiftly pulls a dress over her head. She walks over to the mirror, stares deeply, poses and walks back to the wardrobe. She pulls out dresses again and again. Unimpressed with each. She changes into a different dress. She walks over to the mirror, she looks at her whole body, runs her hands down her body and rest her hands on her hips and smiles. She slumps onto the bed and slides her feet into her heels. Her phone lays on the bed, it begins ringing, she reaches over for the phone. Darcy holds her phone and stares at it intensely. She slides her finger across the phone and answers it. DARCY (INTO PHONE) Hello. A DEEP VOICE is on the other end. DEEP VOICE (O.C.) You alright? So whats happening then. You sorted it out. Yes. DARCY (INTO PHONE) Mmm... okay.

CONTINUED: DEEP VOICE (O.C.) That isnt a proper answer. Yes or No... DARCY (INTO PHONE) Yes, yes, yes. Done DEEP VOICE (O.C.) Good! See ya later babe alright.

Darcy ends the call and throws it into the bed. She suddenly stands up whilst bringing collecting her jacket off the bed. She shoves her arms into the sleeves off the jacket and shakes her upper body to shift her jacket on comfortably. She snatches all her belongings together and putting them in her purse. She exits the room and slamming the door. CUT TO: INT. BOYS BEDROOM - NIGHT Jonathon can hear Darcy leaving her room. He slowly moves around in his bed, he pulls his wheelchair towards. He puts all his body strength into his arms and pulls his body into the wheelchair. He becomes frustrated and struggles. He squints his face together and pushes himself fully into the wheelchair. He begins pushing his wheelchair through the room and reaches the door, he slowly opens the door and watches Darcy and is curious what she is doing. Darcy is clearing the hallway and making sure there is a clear pathway on the floor. She enters the front room and is walking up and down. Jonathon watches her. He notices she is wearing a dress, jacket and heels. Darcys phone begins to ring again. DARCY Hello? DEEP VOICE (O.C.) Im outside. You ready? DARCY One second. Just got to do something. DEEP VOICE (O.C.) Well hurry you! She hangs up and shoves her phone into her pocket. She begins walking to the kitchen. Jonathon cannot see her anymore and pulls out so he can see what she is doing. CUT TO:

INT. KITCHEN - NIGHT Darcy walks about and takes a microwave meal out of the microwave. She pulls it apart and places it into the plate. A car horns goes off. Darcy places the plate on the table and puts the knife and fork in place. She also rushes to make a drink and match it with the dinner. She pours a satchel of powder into the drink. The horn repeats several times again. Darcy jolts and knocks a bit of the powder. Jonathon slowly watches from the door as he sees her approaching the door. She places the cup next to the plate. She turns around and makes a note on a piece of paper on the fridge. He pulls back slowly and reverse into the hall to be hidden. Darcy then runs out the kitchen into the hallway. CUT TO: INT. HALL WAY - NIGHT She grabs the keys and scurries to the door. Jonathon slowly rolls out of his room. Darcy is standing at the front door, ready to open it. She freezes and does not turn around to him. JONATHON Darcy. Where you going? Long, silent and awkward pause. Darcy still does not turn around. JONATHON Darcy... DARCY Just out! Just, just. Stop it! Jonathon is silent. There is another car horn. Darcy sighs and quickly walks out the door, slamming the door behind her. CUT TO:

EXT. FRONT DOOR - NIGHT Darcy slams her body into the door and sighs. She against it, still. She stares into the space. She sniffles, pushes off the door and straightens herself up. She walks away from the house down the garden path. She opens the car do and enters the car. CUT TO: INT. HALL WAY - NIGHT Jonathon begins sliding back and enter the front room. He pushes his wheelchair down the hallway and struggles to go towards the front room. CUT TO: INT. FRONT ROOM - NIGHT Jonathon enters the front room. The house is completely silent. Not a sound coming from anywhere. Jonathon sits in the front room and stares out the window, watching Darcy sit in the car. He fiddles and twirls his fingers around. The frowns his face in pain and anger. He fights against his tears. CUT TO: INT. CAR - NIGHT Darcy sits in the car. The man stares at her. MAN Gosh Darcy, took your time. There is no reply from Darcy. The man looks awkward. MAN Anybody in there... Okay then. DARCY You didnt have to rush me I was fine! With your stupid horn. MAN Okay, it was just a joke.

DARCY Well it wasnt funny. MAN Okay... Well shall we go. DARCY No I am okay. Bye. Darcy opens the door and goes to exit. MAN Darcy! Dont be such an idiot. Get back into the car. She doesnt reply and slams the door. CUT TO: EXT. STREET - NIGHT She walks down the road and away from the car. MAN Darcy! Just come back... Darcy! The man gives up and drives away. She watches the car go past her. CUT TO: INT. FRONT ROOM - NIGHT Jonathon is not concentrating and stops focusing on the window. He then hears the car engine start and drive off. CUT TO: EXT. STREET - NIGHT Darcy carries on walking towards the bus stop. She takes a sudden stop and freezes. She stands still. Her face is thrown into her hands. Slowly running her fingers through her hair, trying to push it away. She walks gently towards the wall and puts all her putting weigh into it. As she watches the world go past, she notices a mother pushing her disabled son along the road. She is happy and caring for him deeply. The mother tucks his scarf into him to make sure he is warm. She smiles. She takes a full deep breath and pauses.

CUT TO: INT. FRONT ROOM - NIGHT Jonathon is still frozen in the front room. With no company nor sound. He stares out across the room. He then is brought back to reality when the knocking of the door. He drags his wheelchair to the front door. CUT TO: INT. HALL WAY - NIGHT He approaches the door to find Darcy standing there. She leans at the door frame, not giving eye contact. There is a long silent pause. Darcy slides through the door and moves past Jonathon. She walks straight into the front room and just sits down. Jonathon tries to move himself around the hallway and make his way towards the front room. CUT TO: INT. FRONT ROOM - NIGHT Darcy sits there in silence. She can hear Jonathon struggling but just sits there. He begins to roll towards the front room. Darcy knocks over the TV remote. She reaches to go get it but Jonathon gets it first and gives it to her. She does not accept the remote and ignores him. She stands up and moves around the front room. Jonathon watches her. DARCY Jon... She stands there still. She stands up and grabs Jonathons wheelchair. She turns his wheelchair and faces the wheelchair towards the door to exit the front room. She walks out. She returns with shoes, top and a jacket. She begins to undress Jonathon and help him change clothes. It is awkward between one another. After finishing to dress him she kisses him softly on the cheek and strokes his face. She begins to exit the house whilst pushing his wheelchair. CUT TO:

INT. HALL WAY - NIGHT She push opens the front door, she pushes the wheelchair out of the house and shuts the door. CUT TO: EXT. FRONT DOOR - NIGHT She shuts the door shakes it. She begins to push the wheelchair down the garden path. FADE OUT: THE END.
