Introduction:
The assignment is about the B2B communication. As it is said that B2B has limited channels for the communication as compared to the B2C because it B2B we have few no. of Buyers as well sellers. Channels for marketing that a B2B organization can use includes: Personal Selling; Events like Exhibitions, Road Shows, etc Print Advertising like Catalogs, Brochures, Sales letter, etc. Telemarketing; Emails; Articles and Blogs; E-newsletters; Sales Promotions;

Personal Selling: In personal selling, a direct presentation is given to the prospective buyers by the companys salesman. Events: Various events are organized by the organizations to make potential buyers and sellers aware about their products and new launches. Print Advertising: It includes catalogues, Brochures, and other printed documents for imparting education about their products. Telemarketing: It is defined as the marketing of products and services via telephonic calls. Emails: In this category, the company sends the specifications of their products to the customers via Emails. So we can say that in B2B marketing, communication is very complex and different as compared to the B2C marketing because we have limited no. of buyers. We can take the example of Intel Ltd. Intel advertise their products by using all the possible medium like they use Emails, Print Advertising, Articles blogs and E-newsletters.

By using these medium it is making us as a customer aware about their products and latest technology. So that while going to make any purchase of PCs, we can ask for only Intel installed Processors in the PCs rather than other.
