WechosetodoourprojectontheFirstAmendmentbecausethereissomuchtocover withit!TherearefiveFreedomsofExpressioncontainedinthisexcerptfromtheBillOf Rightswhichare:assembly,petition,press,speech,andreligion.Lastyear,wedidour historyfairprojectonthe26thamendment.Sincewedidsowell,wedecidedtodoanother amendmentthisyear.DuetothefacttheFirstAmendmentcoverssuchabroadspectrum offreedomsitmakesitanexcellentprojectthatwecandothoroughly.InCivicslastyear, welearnedaboutthefivefreedomsonthehandoftheFirstAmendmenteachfinger representedoneofthefivebasicfreedoms.

HowWeConductedOurResearch:
Togetherweusedseveraldifferentsourcesincollectingourresearch.Onseparate occasions,webothwenttothelibraryandcheckedoutbooksregardingtheFirst Amendment,freedomofspeech,andtheU.S.Constitution.Theinternetprovideduswith severalwebsitesthathadkeyinformationinhelpingusformourwebsite.TheBillofRights provideduswiththeFirstAmendmentwhichholdsthemanyclausesthathelpedusform ourresearch.Wewrotedownresponsibilitiesandrightstoeachfreedomofexpression andputtheminTchartsonourwebsitethisclearlylaysoutourrightsascitizens,butthe responsibilitiesweholdinturn.Conductingourresearchwasquickandproductive.
