Macbeth Parent Update #1

Tuesday, January 21, 2014 Dear Parents, This is the first update of the rehearsal process; this is to keep you informed about everything Macbeth. Please feel free to contact me at 419-261-3007 or at aheuring@oregoncs.org, if you have any questions. Also, Im available before and after rehearsal most days. Rehearsals: Please remind your actor to bring his/her script and a pencil to every rehearsal. Please text or e-mail me if your actor will late or will not be at rehearsal. Rehearsals start at 4:30 p.m. In spite of the snow and cold, rehearsals are going well. We are a little behind but nothing to worry about at this time. We may need to tweak the schedule a little. After this week is over, Ill know by Friday if we have to make some adjustments for the week of January 28. Let me know if you have any questions regarding the schedule. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Facebook: Tickets: Tickets are on sale now. You can purchase them at toledorep.org or by calling Kathy McGovern, our business manager, at 419-243-9277, Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Robin Dec and Jill Reinstein are the administrators of a new Facebook page for our production. Thanks to Mrs. Dec for getting the page set-up. The address is as follows: Our page name is Macbeth/The Toledo Rep YR. Phone Call Tree: Wow! It looks like its going to a real winter this year. If rehearsal is cancelled, I will contact The Rep first and Channel 13 WTVG. I would like to get a phone call or texting tree started. If you would like to help, please let me know. I would like to have the tree ready to g o by the end of the week. Now that the Facebook page is up, well try to announce cancellations there, too!
