Acumen is a Research Paper Writing competition where you can choose to write about any of the management discipline Finance, Marketing, HRM, Operations and Systems. Go ahead and display your acumen, and to top that, win some cool prizes too! EVENT FORMAT: The event will be conducted in two rounds. The details are as follows Round 1: This round will require the participants to select a management topic of their choice and write a research paper on the same. The paper must necessarily be supported by primary or secondary research data. Round 2: The best papers would then be shortlisted and the respective contestants will be requested to submit their presentation. These contestants will have to present their papers in front of a jury of eminent personalities. Further details will be mailed to the finalists. Prizes worth upto: 1st Rs10000/- & Certificate. 2nd Rs5000/- & Certificate.

An individual participant cannot be a part of more than one team; however,there is no restriction on the number of entries from any institute. 3. The paper should contain a minimum of 1500 words and a maximum of 2500 words; Font size 12, Times New Roman with a line spacing of 1.5 4. The first page should contain only: i. Team name ii. Please dont mention any personal details in the paper 5. Send in your entries in PDF format to: literathon.smr@gmail.comwith document name as Team Name_InstituteName_Specialization and subject name as Acumen_TeamName_InstituteName_Topic 6. Please pen down original ideas. Any plagiarized entries will lead to disqualification. 7. Please mention the references used wherever applicable. 8.
