Silence is a Healing Cave is the first book of poems in English by the Quebec poet and novelist Yolande Villemaire. Yolande Villemaire is one of Quebecs most prolific writers, proficient in both poetry and prose. She has published more than twenty-five books, four of which are available in English translation from Ekstasis Editions: Midnight Tides of Amsterdam, Poets & Centaurs, India, India and Little Red Berries. Yolande Villemaire lives in Montreal and is the director of TOTEMPOSIE. An actor, playwright and translator, Robert Lalonde is one of Quebecs leading novelists. Seven Lakes Further North was a finalist for the Governor Generals Award for French fiction. The Last Indian Summer is his latest novel to be published in English by translator Jean-Paul Murry. A writer, translator, researcher and communications specialist, Jean-Paul Murray has translated ten books. From to , Mr. Murray was managing editor of Cit libre, a magazine founded by Pierre Trudeau.

Found in Translation is a unique and exciting look at the process of translation, where poems from seventeen poets from Quebec are each translated by five different translators.
