The International Olympic Committee will view presentations from prospective host cities Friday for the 2016 Olympic Games. Of the 106 IOC
members, 99 will be eligible to vote in the first round (seven members from the four finalist countries can’t vote as long as their city remains in
the race). The winner will be announced on Saturday, between 12:30 and 1 a.m. EDT.
