La Angostura Dam. The original name of this dam is Belisario Dominguez.

Is located in Grijalva River near to Venustiano Carranza in Chiapas. This began operations in 1976. The purpose of this dam was produced electrical energy because it has a hydroelectric power station. The height of the dams is 147 m and it has a capacity of 703,400,000,000 m3. The dam was built with a system ArchGravity. Infiernillo Dam. It was built by Comision Federal de Electricidad and is part of Adolfo Lopez Mateos system. This dam was built with concrete and it had the system Arch-Gravity. Hoover dam was one of the largest structures created by man in the early twentieth century. It has a height of 221 m and a capacity of 35,200,000,000 m3. Also this dam was designed to produce 11 % of the energy than China consume but if the dam work at 100% of its capacity, it just can be able to supply at 3 % of all the consume. Represa de Itaip. This dam is located in the boundaries of Paraguay and Brazil on Panama River and is the biggest hydroelectric installations in the world.
