Note :

(1) Please attach with this application (i) External Registration Card in original (ii) Xerox copy of
Statement of Marks of Last examination. (iii)Put your full name and address on the registered post
envelope of Rs. 23/- and return the same along with the application form to this office.
(2) Transference Certificate will be issued by this office on submission of prescribed application form and
payment of fees and subject to rules.
(3) Transference Certificate Fee :
(i) Rs. 60/- (if applied for within 6 months from the date of declaration of result of exam.)
(ii) Rs.100 /- (if applied for between 6 months and 12 months from the date of declaration of result of
exam.)
(iii) Rs. 200 /- (if applied for after 12 months from the date of declaration of result of exam.)
(4) Transference Certificate is not issued to the applicant in person, but dispatched on the address given by
the applicant on the envelope, mention in Sr. No. 1 above.
(5) Those who wish to apply by post should send a demand draft of any Nationalised Bank in the name of
Registrar, University of Pune, along with all the required documents mention in Sr. No. 1
