and gentlemen From the man power planning section, we are going to jump directly to the items that will be constructed by the project team as Anis mention before, this project is divided into 2 major scopes, greenfield and brownfield. the greenfield itself has 2 major sub categories. at the first one, we will inst all the FSB monopod platform with all of its facility. this facility has 2 wellhead and 1 future wellhead. this platform also has MPFM which will measure the fluid parameter in order to help the operations team in well test activity for the second one, project team will also install the new 8" 5,7km subsea pipel ine from FSB platform to existing FFB platform. and finally for the brownfield scope, we will do some modification to the FFB ex isting platform. we will also install the RTU in FSERV in order to help the operations to monitor the process parameter in FSB remotely. Slide 2 Ladies and Gentlemen. In order to construct all of these items, the project team divide their activiti es into 7 major activities which are paralleled each other. Detail Engineering phase will detail the FEED into detailed design which can be used for construction and fabrication phase. Meanwhile, the project team will procure the materials need in order to fabricat e all of the project items. After all of the items is fabricated, we will mobilize the fabricated items to t he offshore and install them at FSB area. In paralleled with this, we will also do pre and commissioning procedure before we deliver it to the operations team and introduce the hydrocarbon to the new built facility After all of the activities are done, the project team will close out the projec t. Slide 3 This slide shows you the picture of items that will be fabricated onshore. as yo u can see in the picture, we will fabricate the caissons, main deck structure, battered piles, guardian sl eeve, process facility and etc. After this phase, we will load the fabricated items out and sail it away to the offshore Slide 4 after we deliver it to FSB area, we will install the new facility down to the se a. This slide shows you the installing sequence of FSB monopod platform. first, we will put down the caissons 48" which are divided into 3 parts : 120', 60', 54'. All of this parts will be joined above the sea level. second, we will install the guardian sleeve. third, we will put again 2 pcs of battered pile which are also divided into five battered piles : 120', 40', 40', 40', 33' fourth, we will install the 8" risers and boat landing and finally, we will put the top side at the top of installed jacket. the key point of project assurance is how to ensure the project is delivered wit hin scope, schedule, budget, QHSSE and local regulations I divide the project assurance into 4 major activities. Project risks and responses, PSR, MOC, and quality, permits, certifications and documentation. Lets go to the first item. Slide 6 Project risks and responses. the key point of project risks and responses is how we identify and respond the potential issues that may be occured in the future. Project team divide the risks into 4 major categories. related to engineering te chnical, business and commercial, HSSE, as well as construction and execution These are the example of high level risks that has been identified by the projec t team. I wan to emphisize that there is HUBLA regulation disagreement between the relevant parties. project team plans not to bury the pipeline, meanw hile the hubla order the project team to bury the pipeline because can affect the HSSE aspect. The project team responds this potential issue by making a Pipe line Non Burial Risk Assessments as supported documents for justification letter in order to make sure that project team plan will not affect the HSSE aspect of this issu e
