Setting the context Key selection criteria will be competence of the Service Provider / Freight forwarders in handling large exhibitions including equipment, personnel, safety standards and competitive service charges.

Criteria for selection - terms & Conditions:

The contractor should be an empanelled service provider of BIEC (Please provide details) The Contractor / Agency must have adequate number and quality of material handling equipments & tools as required (Please see details of IMTEX Forming 2012 data below) to execute the job during the prescribed set-up & dismantling days at BIEC. The ware house / workshop will be inspected by IMTMA Officials or their representative. (IMTMA officials shall inspect on the size, infrastructure quality, resources available in terms of

The contractor shall not take up any exhibition of this magnitude, 3 weeks before the start of the fair & during the fair. IMTMA reserves the right to allot tender at its sole discretion and its decision will be final and binding.
