We, the undersigned, are concerned for the safety of the community, increased costs on current residents in the area, and strain on the area's infrastructure. High cost of infrastructure will affect (water delivery, sewers, utilities, public transportation, etc.) Neighborhood schools; Perez Elem. and Morris Jr. High, which are already at capacity will need to bus neighborhood children to schools across town because of overcrowding. The below signed residents are against rezoning of this property to become multi-family units.
