Surface Preparation & Substrate Condition

Steel, blast cleaned to Sa 2Vzofsweclish specificatiott.

If blast cleaning is inrpractical, remove loose rust / scale using power tools / hand tools to achieve St 3 / St 2 grade of surface preparatiorr, as per Swedish standards. Remove contlminants like grease, oil etc. with aromatic solvents. Ensure the surface is clean and dry
before prirning.

Non-ferrous surface, sufficierrtly roughened with emery paper & dry and free from all
contamination. Substrate telnperature should be atleast 3"C above dew point but ttot above 50"C.
