Integrating your Review Link (DrStars.com) with Smile Reminder will help you get more reviews on the 75 primary websites that affect a doctors public image. This guide shows you how to modify the Thank You email template that is sent after each patients appointment in Smile Reminder. Instead of sending every patient to Smile Reminder surveys, Review Link sends patients to websites where you need more reviews to cover up the bad ones. Review Link is intelligent. It knows where you have bad reviews and how recent they are. It also knows where the patient will have the easiest time writing a review. It balances these two factors to deliver the highest possible boost to your online reviews. Instructions 1. From the home screen, click Surveys on the right-hand side

2. Click on Post-Appointment Surveys on the top menu 3. Click Edit on the survey that is currently turned ON

4. Click on edit invitation

5. Inside of the invitation, delete the text that says $SURVEY_LINK$ 6. Replace it with your DrStars link, e.g. http://drstars.com/YourName 7. Click Save

Congratulations. You have just configured Smile Reminder to send your patients to your Review Link (DrStars.com) instead of to Smile Reminders survey form.

A Note About Surveys The existing smile reminder surveys will still exist. The only thing change we just made is that patients will no longer be directed to Smile Reminders surveys. Instead, they will be directed to your Review Link . You can change the setting back at any time by adding the text $SURVEY_LINK$ back into the invitation. If you would still like to collect surveys, please let your Review Concierge know. We can enroll you in the Surveys Module for as little as $45/user/mo. Surveys are customizable. (Additional fees apply.) You can use the Surveys Module to prescreen patients so only those who are happy are sent online to write a review. How Review Link Works Review Link (www.drstars.com) is a feature of Review Concierge that helps doctors get reviews on the 75 major websites that consumers use to find doctors. It is an intelligent link that is tied to the doctors Review Report Card. Based on the Report Card, it knows where the doctor needs higher grades and where the user is most likely to have sucesss posting a review (whether its on mobile, Google+, Yelp, Yahoo, etc).
