:facepalm: Note to skeptics: what she's experiencing is real. She just doesn't understand the technology, or, based on the conversation I had with her a few weeks ago, the laws of physics. Being technologically ignorant is not a crime. If it is, then 90% of you guys need to be arrested.

She believes she does. Talking with her was very frustrating. "So, you've seen this implant?" "I can feel it!" "But you haven't actually seen the wires or anything?" "You don't understand, I can feel it moving around!" etc.

When you're under attack the way a targeted individual is under attack, you'll know. And the reason T.I.'s want attention is because they want vindication. They know their stories sound crazy. The harassment campaigns are designed to mimic the signs of mental illness. But it's not mental illness, because there is no mental illness in existence that goes away when you surround yourself with steel. She doesn't understand what's happening to her. She doesn't understand PsyOps. But it's not a crime to not understand these things. I repeat, if it is a crime to be ignorant, then most of the guys on this forum need to be locked up.

There are targets who have been implanted and have gotten x-rays showing them. But that's old-school technology as far as federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies are concerned. The implantees are probably being experimented on for the benefit of Verichip or some company like it. I'm not saying this is what's happened to her. Certainly she would have a stronger case if she actually had X-rays showing an implant in the area she's talking about. But targets who get hit with these PsyOps will rationalize away negative results. "Oh, it's one of those CIA 'moving implants'. It scooted away before they could X-ray the area." And also, what if she gets an X-ray that shows an implant, what then? Who put it there and how does she prove it? Who's going to pay to have it removed? If it's actually connected to her nerves, would zapping it be dangerous? And so on.
