classes Ieature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. BeIore you know
it, you'll be getting Iit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, eIIective and totally
exhilarating.
7:30 pm - 8:30pm - Yoga - Ashtanga/Hatha Yoga/Yin We will incorporate diIIerent styles
oI yoga that will help build strength, Ilexibility and relaxation. Great way to end your day!
What the students need for the class:
For Yoga a yoga mat (you can Iind a great mat at 5 Below), ***I will have some mats
available to borrow but they are on a Iirst come Iirst serve basis***, a towel, water bottle and a
smile
Optional things that you might want to get to enhance your yoga practice and make it a bit easier
are Yoga blocks (again great ones at 5 below), and a yoga strap (5 below). These aren`t necessary
but are helpIul Ior a beginner!
For Zumba Low tread athletic shoes (NO running/high traction shoes) supportive shoes that
allow you to dance your heart out but that have low tread or pivot points so that you don`t hurt
your knees. Also, a towel, a water bottle and be ready to have a dance party!!

Registration done on site at the Senior Center prior to class sessions.
Class fees paid by Cash or Checks made payable to: Romulus Recreation Department.
