Operate process facilities as per assi!nment " P&P Supervisor/ or CRO' Contri ute S)/OPS Operations /ana!e &ells 0production and in1ection2 accordin! to &ell mana!ement !uidelines to achieve optimum production. Operate the Well$ ta-e oil & &ater sample &hen re%uired. 3nsure that all information entered in lo!s$ reports$ production records are accurate and conform to the Facilit" /ana!ement S"stem. )mmediatel" Report the a normal condition of e%uipments or deviation of operatin! parameter to CR3 or production Supervisor. Liaise &ith /aterials Controller for stores and spare !ear and monitor consumption for Production 4epartment materials. 5ather and compile data for dail" production reports and maintain a comprehensive lo! of all production activities. Perform !as tests and isolations as per permit to &or- and safe entr" permits specific to the process s"stems. /onitor and maintain chemical in1ection e%uipment and monitor dosa!e rates of process fluids/!as efficientl". To carr" out performance and compliance testin! of &ells and dia!nosis and optimi6ation of process s"stems. ta-e &ells readin!$ do 7P) 89,$ !rease the valves: Perform oil %ualit" testin! &hen re%uired. /onitor pipin! condition via corrosion pro e readin!s and iron counts. Havin! e>perience as production technician$ h"drocar on processin! or similar facilit" or e>perience in the operation and maintenance of process e%uipments. 3>perience in Safet" /ana!ement S"stems and computeri6ed Planned /aintenance S"stems preferred. 3n!ineerin! trade$ h"drocar ons production or other relevant %ualification. 7 le to &or- in rotation in offshore environment. 7 ilit" to &or- self;contained or control a &or-in! team. Proficient in 3n!lish lan!ua!e. 7 ilit" to learn ne& e%uipment$ processes and procedures %uic-l" and &ith a minimum of outside trainin! or schools'
