Shropshire, K. (Ed.). (2011). The business of sports. Jones & Bartlett Publishers Chapter one.

In this book the writer talked about many things and the book has a lot of things about sport business. In the chapter that I am going to talk about is about ownership. The writer mainly talked about the U.S sport business, but that does not mean it is not related to my research paper. Even though, that the writer did not mention any thing about soccer business which is what my paper about, but he talked about the local sport business and my figured world is a local sport business. The ownership that the writer talked about is about the NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB and those are U.S sport. My paper is going to include the business of sports in Spin. The writer talked about the history of the sport business. The writer talked about the ownership of the professional teams. The writer tried to show how the clubs get high incomes, than he descript and give some examples of the positives and the negatives in the business of sports. Kahn, L. M. (2000). The sports business as a labor market laboratory. The Journal of Economic Perspectives, 75-94. The writer talked about the professional teams and how it gives opportunity for the labor marker research. He focused in the statistic that the professional teams has and he likes how the teams collecting the statistic. The writer mentioned how important of the statistics in the world and to him. In this paper he side that he mentioned the agency of soccer leagues, In my paper I am going to talk about how in important of agency for leagues and for the clubs and the big clubs has sponsorship which gives the clubs a big amount of money. The writer talked about the influence of the economists in the soccer and how the economists have control on monopsony the market. Than he talked about the extent discrimination for the players on their salary and he talks about the influence of the money on the players. He said that the money could change the player and on their performances. Finally he talks about the bad use of the clubs when they singe a contract. Nadeau, J., Jones, D. F., Pegoraro, A., O'Reilly, N., & Carvalho, P. (2011). Racial-Ethnic Team-Market Congruency in Professional Sport. Journal of Sport Management, 25(2). The writers said that the purpose of their paper is to investigate racial-ethnic congruency in professional sport. The paper includes different ideas and one of them is the local sport team. What I am really instated in from this paper is how the professional team can have affected on the city that it from and how can have influence on the fans. The writers talked about the changes that could happiness on the community of the professional team and when I say community I mean the city. As we know when the professional team wins titles that could bring the people to buy the team jersey and products. That can bring vaster to the city and raise the economy in the city. The writers of this paper discussed how teams help their city to develop in return the city rise financial support to those teams. In my figured world or in my paper I am going to focus on one part of the research paper those writers talked about which is the professional team and their influences.

Callejo, M. B., & Forcadell, F. J. (2006). Real Madrid football club: A new model of business organization for sports clubs in Spain. Global Business and Organizational Excellence, 26(1), 51-64. In this paper the writer focus on the revelation of sport business and spatially in Real Madrid club and how Real Madrid changed the idea of the soccer clubs in Spain. The writer talked about the president of Real Madrid and the way that he brought up new business strategy to the club. Florentino Prez is the president of Real Madrid he made the club the richest club in the world and the writer talks about the way that used to do that. The writer mentioned the inspiration that Perez inspired from which is the U.S modern professional team. Perez saw on the American professional clubs or team great example for him and for the future of the club. He changed the idea of make the sport club to make to a brand. This idea has been successful to the club. The writer mentioned what are Perez strategies and what are his money recourses. The writer tslked about the change of income during Perez presdentiy time and and on what he spend the money. The writer talked about the ways that Perez used to make the time the most famous club in the world. Kase, K., De Hoyos, I. U., Sanchs, C. M., & Bretn, M. O. (2007). The proto-image of Real Madrid: implications for marketing and management.International Journal of Sports Marketing & Sponsorship, 8(3). The writer of this paper is discussing the success of Real Madrid not in wining tittles, but in management and in business. The writer said that his looking at Real Madrid from business administration perspective. This paper might be one of the papers that describe the first term that Florentino Perez in Real Madrid. The writer in his paper talks about the strategies that Perez made and he talked about he change the way that the club works with. The writer mentioned the high incomes that the club made. I think that this paper explain how Perez put planes for the future. Perez called the club the Galctico and it means the giants stars. He gave the club this name because he brings the best soccer players in the world. I think you can imagine how much it would cost a lot of money. He spent around 300 million to paly players and that made an impact on the sport business. Dobson, S., & Goddard, J. (2011). The economics of football. Cambridge University Press. In this book the writers said that they have tried to compose a lot of articles that are related to football in Europe. They were not interested on what club has the most titles, but the writers were focusing on the economic side of football (soccer) clubs, than the writers talked about the history of the professional teams in Europe and the were looking closely to the five most important leagues in Europe, which my figured world play in one of them. They were looking on the foundation of the professional club and how they developed for economic prospective. They mentioned the English football league and they talked about the economic theories in sport leagues. They talked about the transfer market and about the player mobility and their careers and he mentioned the salaries of professional footballers earn and they talk about the manger and his role in the club. They

talked about how attendance football matches can have influence on the economy.

Barajas, ., & Rodrguez, P. (2010). Spanish Football Clubs' Finances: Crisis and Player Salaries. International Journal of Sport Finance, 5(1). In this paper the writer focused on the Spanish soccer and he talked about how the soccer teams effected on the Spanish economy. The writer side that there are teams how tries to have the best players and the most talented players. These teams are trying to have the best player to have high income from them. Some of these teams sell their players. He mentioned that a lot of the professional teams made or change their teams to companies and the writer talked about the reason that made most of the Spanish teams take this step. He talked about the teams that still as members clubs and my figured world is one of them they are four professional teams. He talked about the reasons that made them members clubs. He mention on of the big reasons, which is the T.V. rights and this, is one of the thing that I am going to talk about in my paper. Rasmus, K. S. (January 01, 2012). The need for regulating professional soccer in Europe: A soft budget constraint approach argument. Sport, Business and Management: an International Journal, 2, 1, 21-38. This paper is a short study the European soccer business in general. The writer talked about the studies that says that the European soccer business has high profits, than he gave an example and compare the English league with the American football teams and he talked about the success and the high incomes that the American teams and compare it with English teams which the writer does not think that they success on management. This part is very important to me because I am going to use this part in my paper as the opposition of my opinion. The writer claims that there are a lot of studies that says that the European Soccer does not have a profitable management. He side that the majority of the European soccer teams are in the red and by saying the red he means that has a lot of financial problems. He side and most of them still operate normally and he gave the reasons of that and he talked about the North American professional teams. Baigorri, Manuel, and Alex Duff. "Spanish Soccer's Economic Crisis." Bloomberg Business Week. Bloomberg, 26 Apr. 2012. Web. 26 Feb. 2014. This article talked about the Spanish soccer and contacts it with Spanish debt and how it has effected on the people. I believe that the people around the world are playing major role in the soccer economy. For example, If Spanish fans cannot afford a ticket to watch their favorite team play in the stadium that mean the team is going to lose one of his resources. The writer talked about the number of the unemployment in Spain and how is the soccer has effected on the soccer economy. Another example, the writer said that many people cannot afford to buy T.V cable for the Spanish league and that is going to forces the companies that have the league broadcast rights to cut to half. This procedure could make big influences on the soccer teams because one of their major incomes is

from the T.V rights. In my paper I am going to talk about some solutions for this problem and I will try to contact them to the article. Leander Schaerlaeckens. "Rolling out Of control." ESPN. ESPN Internet Ventures, 22 Sept. 2010. Web. 26 Feb. 2014 The prices of soccer player are sky-high I know that because I am really interested in soccer. The writer put Real Madrid as an example for broken team that spend money even when it broke, and he mentioned Cristiano Ronald and Kaka who cost the club around 200 million. The writer did no say that the players made the club broke because he said that the club was broke before these deals. Because pervious deals and that all happened during the term of Perez. I do not want to say I disagree with the writer because this is reason this the reason of choosing this article. The writer also talked about some Spanish teams and he said most of them broken. He thinks that the most teams play a risky game, which would cost them losing a lot, and he gave an example of Real Madrid when they sold one of their offices to the government of Madrid, than he talked about that there are a few clubs that do not have debt and there are in the safe place. My primary resource which is my observations. From my observation I figured out what I want to focus one which is the high incomes for the clubs and about soccer business. In my observation I did not talk a lot about the high incomes or the business. The observations have an interview with Florentino Prez who is the president sure it was faction, but it was educational answers. I saw a lot of interviews for Perez and I kind of understand the logic that Perez uses in business. I have a lot of information about the club and my figured world. My observations mostly about the team matches and I observed the team matches, so decided to talk about the reasons that made the club success in soccer competition and wining titles and the most important is the success in managing. The club is the richest club in the world and a lot of clubs in the world try to take Real Madrid as modern club.
