1) I, a man of undiminished inherent right, called by other men or women through their living 1
voices as Patrick Neil Fields, wishes to take Action hereby, on Claim that another man so 2
called, (full Name) (hereinafter trespasser), on the 1st day of November, 2013 A.D, at or 3
about 11:00 am, did commit forceful trespass on my property by fraudulent assertion to 4
administer my property against my repeatedly spoken wishes protesting such action, nor 5
bearing verified authorization under Bond to act Lawful judicial direction to so administer 6
my property, from any court whatsoever. Such forceful imposition against my free will and 7
incidental deprivations, constitutes harm in defiance of Law of this Case decreed; trespasser 8
