(the Act). Specifically, you requested 1. The RFP submitted by Steve Donahue for the express purpose of soliciting bids from cell phone carriers that might wish to lease school grounds, as was indicated to the board in his July 11, 2011 presentation to the BOE. 2. The "Lakeside Plan" as referenced in the email between Marshall Orson and Dan Drake In response to your first request, responsive documents do not exist. Since the School District was not paying for services, an RFP was not required. In response to your second request, the School District has searched our files for the "SCORE plan" or the "Lakeside Plan," as referenced in the email link. In early 2011, we referenced the SCORE website (www.scoreplan.org) to access files related to the Lakeside community. That website is no longer available and responsive documents do not exist for the Lakeside Plan. However, we have located and attached a document that provides a financial analysis of the SCORE plan.
