No property belonging to Alvin Lodge will be permitted to be altered, changed, disposed of, or removed from the Lodge building or grounds without the permission of the Worshipful Master. No use of any tobacco products inside the Lodge building. No drinks or food are permitted inside the Lodge room without the permission of the Worshipful Master. An annual budget, as per Article V Section 1a; shall serve as a guide for allowed expenses; all other items shall be referred to a committee and investigated before presented at a stated meeting for approval. Alvin Lodge will allow for the Treasurer, Secretary, Worshipful Master, Senior Warden and Junior Warden Signature authority on the Alvin Lodge financial accounts. Only one of whom is required as signature authority for check $600.00 or less and two signatures for checks over $600.00. Alvin Lodge will permit the Worshipful Master to approve payment of bills of normal operating expenses of Alvin Lodge utilities, office supplies, and equipment repairs in any given months operation pending approval of its members at the next monthly stated meeting. The outer doors of the Lodge building are to remain locked at all times when the building is not in use.

Document Retention and destruction Policy: The records of Alvin Lodge #762 should be managed in an effective manner. While not all records must be maintained indefinitely, guidelines must be established to properly manage the records of this organization. Records should only be destroyed when they are no longer required as a matter of law, applicable governmental regulation or as a matter of good management. Officers, members, or any other person must never destroy records in anticipation of any litigation or regulatory investigation. Properly Clothed is defined as wearing appropriate Masonic regalia as approved by the Worshipful Master, regular full length long pants, a regular shirt and footwear, as a minimum requirement. Excluded are items including, but not limited to: bare feet, bathing suits, cut-offs, flip-flops, jogging suits, shorts, sweat shirts, sweat pants, tank tops, and sandals. An endowed membership may be purchased for $500. To be exempt for dues for the current year, an Endowment purchase must be paid to the Lodge before the first stated meeting in June and dues current to December 31st of same year. The payment must be credited at Grand Lodge before June 23rd. (5/17/2012) Dues are set at One Hundred Dollars and are due on or before December 31st. (5/17/2012) Degree Fees:

a. Entered Apprentice Degree is One Hundred Dollars and included the Five Dollar donation to the George Washington Memorial. The fee must accompany the petition for the degree before it is received (read) by the Lodge. b. Fellowcraft Degree is One Hundred Dollars and is due before receiving the degree. c. Master Mason Degree is One Hundred Dollars and Twenty-Five Dollars for the TMCF and the dues from the month of the degree to December 31st as prorated. A degree in December shall include dues prorated dues for December and the next years dues. (5/17/2012) O. Requirement of Certificate a. Any member desiring to serve as Junior Warden, Senior Warden, or Worshipful Master of Alvin Lodge # 762 must have been examined by the Texas Grand Lodge Committee on Work and found to be proficient to receive at minimum a C Certificate of Proficiency issued by the Texas Grand Lodge Committee on Work. In the event there is no eligible Junior Warden candidate, application of this rule may be delayed for one year by a vote of the majority of the lodge members present, in which case a member may be elected and installed but must obtain his certificate prior to being allowed to advance further to either Senior Warden or Worshipful Master.
