Shadowspell Code of Law

The Congress:
1. A member of the congress shall not demean any of the other members for
an idea that they came up with.
The President:
2. He shall have at least one weekend a month with his/her family. The vice-
president shall take over for that weekend. The president shall only go
into help if its a national disaster or a war is starting.
3. The president shall not make laws that benefit him. The law that he is
trying to pass must have obvious and significant views that the law will
benefit others in the future.
Flag and Sea; Seat of Government and the States:
4. The flag of Shadowspell shall hang in every government buildings
common room. A flag with the di mensions of 6ft X 4ft shall fly in front of
every government building in a steel poll that is 16ft high with 4 L. E. D
lights shining on the flag.
5. If the flag of Shadowspell touches the ground in any way it shall be
burned.
Government Organization and Empl oyees:
6. No employee shall degrade their job. It is their choice to apply for that
position, so therefore they cannot complain.
7. All government official meetings shall be organized and follow the
procedures that are in the constitution of Shadowspell.
Domestic Security:
8. Every person shall go through the secure system of airport security
before going on a plane.
9. There shall not be to making of bombs in someones house, backyard,
garage, ect.

Agriculture:
10. One cannot own and farm over 5, 000 acres and not sel l at least have of it.
11. If you have over 4, 000 acres then you need a bill of Agriculture signed
and updated every year or you will be charged with a $500 ticket
everyday it is not upgraded.
Aliens and Nationality:
12. There shall be no illegal aliens in the country of Shadowspell.
13. All nationalities are accepted in Shadowspell .
Arbitration:
14. In use of an arbitrator you still need to meet in a court. Persons shall not
meet outside the court with an arbitrator at anytime.
15. The only cases that shall use arbitration are civil actions involving
claims for damages or money and family law matters.
Armed Forces:
16. You must be 18 years or older to join the armed forces.
17. Boys and girls are allowed to join the armed forces and they will both
have the same ranking and authority.
Bankruptcy:
18. In order to claim bankruptcy you must be over 500, 000 dollars in debt.
19. There will be a thorough check on each person that files for bankruptcy
so the court knows that it is actually viable and not fake.
Banks and Banking:
20. There shall be at least one bank in every town in the Shadowspell
country.
21. Once a person in 25 years or older then they should obtain a banking
account.


Census:
22. The census will go around every 5 years.
23. Everyone shall participate in the census. It will be a sheet of paper sent
out to every person and they shall fill out the questions on it and send it
back in.
24. If it is known that someone did not fill out the census t hen he/she shall
be charged $500. 00.
Coast Guard:
25. To be in the coast guard you must be at least 20 years of age.
26. One cannot serve for over 2 years at a time. They must go back home for
at least 1 year before returning back.
Commerce and Trade:
27. One cannot trade donkeys for pigs.
28. There shall be no trading on Sundays.
29. One cannot trade jewels for cattle or land.
Conversation:
30. If there is use of profane language in front of children (0-13 years) there
is a fine up to $500.
31. One cannot talk to other persons outside the country on every first
Saturday of each month.
Copyrights:
32. If one wants to use anothers work, one must have a copyright paper
singed by the original author.
33. In the use of anothers work one must put the original author at the end
of the writing or bottom right of a picture.
34. If one does not have a signed copyright paper and is using the work of
anothers they will get charged up to $1, 000. 00

Crimes and Criminal Procedures:
35. If one commits a crime they shall go to the court within 5 days of the
crime.
36. If ones do not go into the court within 5 days after the crime a warrant
will be set out and a fee of $500. 00 will be set and every day after the 5th
day one will receive a fee of $300. 00 added to the starting fee.
Customs Duties:
37. In order to respect the customs of Shadowspell everyone must have a flag
of Shadowspell in their living room of any size bigger than 12 X 8.
38. Every family must go to church once a month to show respect to the
foundation of Shadowspell.
Education:
39. Everyone from 5 years to 19 years are entitled to an education.
40. It is the choice of a student and family if he/she graduates or goes to
school.
Food and Drug:
41. There shall be at least one grocery store in every town.
42. In every grocery store there shall be a drug store within.
43. If the drug store is not within the grocery store then there shall be one
within 1 city block of the grocery store.
Foreign Relations and Intercourse:
44. One shall not have intercourse with a foreigner.
45. One of any age shall not send any nude photographs to anyone of any age.
46. If the sending of naked photographs are sent the sender shall receive a
fine of $500. 00 and the receiver of the photographs shall be fines with
$300. 00.


Highways:
47. There is no speed limit on all the roads of Shadowspell. It goes with
according to your judgment, in a reasonable and prudent manner. You
will be pulled over if the authority thinks that you are not driving at a
reasonable and prudent manner
48. After 200, 000 miles on your car then you need to trade it in for a new or
used car. The boundary of this number (200, 000) is within +/- 1, 000
miles. This is for the safety of the driver and passengers. After 200, 000
miles on a car it gets beat and worn down and cannot always function
properly.
49. In the winter all cars (if possible) must be under a covering from the
snow and cold.
Hospitals and Asylums:
50. All hospitals must have at least 100 rooms in them.
51. There will always be at least 4 mental asylums running at all times in the
country of Shadowspell.
52. Hospitals shall not induce the death of ANYONE without all the
immediate family saying so and the paper of death provided by the
hospital signed by all the members.
Indians:
53. Native American reservations still have to follow the Law of Shadowspell
on top of their own laws. The reservations shall not override any of
Shadowspell s laws.
54. There shall be no discrimination of the Native Americans. If it is found
that there is, the one that is doing the discriminating shall be fined up to
$500. 00.
Internal Revenue Code:
55. In order to receive revenue one must be at least 16 years or older.
56. If one makes $1, 000, 000. 00 or more a year they must fill out the
exceeding salary from located any of the local courts every year. If that is
not done the will be a fine of $2, 000. 00 every week it is not completed.
The boundary of the days is +/- a week according to the year.
Intoxicating Liquors:
57. If you are caught driving after drinking and have and Blood Alcohol
Content (BAC) of . 05 or higher then you will be submitted to jail for at
least 1 week until the jury can review your case. After that you will be
subjected to the charged they put on you.
58. Minors for alcohol use are of the age 21 and under.
59. You cannot drink alcohol on Sundays between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Judiciary and Judicial Procedures:
60. Judges cannot make the ruling of another person without at least 2 jurors
agreeing with his/her ruling.
61. There has to be at least 5 jurors in every court hearing.
62. The salary of a judge cannot go below $35, 000 a year.
