Discussion
Roberto-The group discussed what is left to be working on to make the deadline for the
rough draft. We decided that the only thing missing was each assigned topic within the body
of the proposal.
Erica-The question of how do we propose a budget for our project? The group concluded that we would not be
addressing a budget because we have no knowledge of any of the potential costs involved in developing an
application.

Conclusions
The group decided that each person would submit their rough draft to Erica for her to include
into the proposal packet and it would then be submitted by Erica Friday night.

Discussion Anthony-In regards to meeting minutes the group discussed adding them to the website
Miraya and Erica have to submit meeting minutes to website builders
Discussed how the report would be added to the website.
Also discussed padding pictures of the group and decided we would do it Monday at our next meeting.
Conclusions
Anthony and Roberto have ideas on how to work on the website. The group decided the
website would be more aesthetically pleasing if the report was added in full format instead of
only a PDF. We need to figure out how to add as PDF as well.

Discussion
Erica- A recommendation was made to the group that we utilize the online presentation
builder Prezi. The group reviewed its capabilities and discussed how to access the website
and in turn what to do. Each group member decided it would be a good idea to use the
website.


Conclusions
It was concluded that we use Prezi in order for each member to access the presentation on
their own time they can then add their own components to the presentation. This will relieve
the responsibility of one person having to finalize the presentation.
