of a remote software platform:
---1.Issue Management:
- Monitor permanently the ticketing platform for new incoming tickets raised by users
- Browse specific documentations and follow predefined processes for ticket
acknowledgment, troubleshooting and solving, according to priority order (P1, P2, P3)
- Receive third-party users calls and log issues following standard ticket classification
and call answering procedures
- Monitor and comply with standard SLAs agreed with platform users
- Escalate serious issues to direct manager
