Students acquire a sophisticated Chumash Vocabulary

inconsistencies in the pesukim, and learning to question what the
inconsistencies are.

Students can read punctuated text correctly.

Rashi Skills are fine-tuned, including the development of a Rashi
Voabulary and an understanding of his general format and style.
Students can guess / understand Rashis questions from the words
of the pasuk.
Students can differentiate between the various types of Rashis
questions (dikduk, extra words in the pasuk etc).
Students can learn, recognize and be able to utilize key Roshei Teivot
in Rashis peirush.

Students are very familiar with the page layout of Mikraot Gedolot

quoting others, stating their own opinions, disagreeing, etc

Students can compare/contrast Mefarshim, identifying on which point
they differ
Students can isolate the punch line/main idea in commentary
