2) Where will I be located during Training and post Training?
During your Classroom Training, you would be located at Barnala(Punjab), where we have
our Centre of Excellence, Takshashila. Post your Training, you may be placed at any of the
Locations Dhaula/Bhopal/ Barnala


3) Will I start earning from Day 1 or after the training Program ends?
Yes, you will start earning from the first day itself.

4) What is the Role/Profile that I will be joining at?
You shall be joining us as a Front Line Entrepreneur which means that you will be the
Playing Captains taking lead and setting up examples for exemplary performance in
your function where you will be placed after the completion of your training period.

Your placement in different functions will be done on the basis of your performance
during the Training Program, our Business Requirements, your Educational
Background and your behavioural profile report. In your role, it is expected that you
devote maximum time in Gemba (meaning: place of real action) which is our plant
facility where all the action takes place


5) Will I get accommodation during Training?
Yes, you will get accommodation during the Training at our Internal guest Houses. Post your
Training, you will have to make your own arrangements for accommodation. For Females,
working at plant locations, accommodation may be provided inside the premises if they
require. We also run an in-house subsidized Canteen Service

6) What is the training curriculum?
Your Training Curriculum will encompass all the facets of Behavioral and Technical
aspects which will mould you into a True Playing Captain at Trident. The structure will
be as below:

I. Behavioral Training: This is aimed to mark your transition from being generic and
good to have to defined and a pre-requisite to be at Trident. The various modules
covered in this Training will include Effective Communication & Presentation, Stress
Management, Conflict Management, effective Team Skills, and effective Leadership et
al.

II. Technical Training: The emphasis on technical training is not only to provide in
depth understanding of the various processes at Trident but also the knowledge and
skills developed will help you bring about more innovation at Trident and more
opportunities for bringing efficiencies in the Organization.


7) What is Phase II all about?
Now that you have cleared the Aptitude Test, its time that you gear up for Phase II commonly
known as the ASSESSMENT DEVELOPMENT CENTERS*. Till now your interface with us has
been through E communications or telephonic interactions only . Phase II is a step ahead wherein
we will provide you with an opportunity to visit :
1.Our facilities and interact with our Team for a One on One interactions where we will get to
know you better .
2. One on One interaction with our Assessors
Please note the Centres will be conducted at our Manufacturing Premises and this will be the
Final elimination Phase:

8) Would the company provide me with accommodation for the process?
As communicated to you via e-mail/telephone, you will be required to report at Dhaula.
Guest house accommodation will be provided to you at Dhaula during the process. Due to
unavailability of extra rooms, we shall not be able to provide lodging for parents.

9) Can I arrive at Dhaula a day earlier?

Yes, to make your stay more comfortable, you can check into your allocated guest house rooms
a day before your process.

How do I arrange for my meals?

During the process, breakfast and dinner for members staying at Dhaula will be available in
the guest house kitchens. Lunch will be arranged in canteens of the respective Locations as per
the process schedule. All meals will be complementary for the candidate


11) Will we get any travel reimbursement?
Yes, you will be reimbursed your travel expenses according to our Policy(original/Xerox copy
of tickets is required ), the details for the same are given below:

12) What is the reporting time at the day of the process? When will the process end?
You will be expected to report at 8:00 am on the 1
st
day of your Process The process will last
for 2 days. Once the process is over the candidates can leave for the respective native place.
13) What all documents should I bring when I join Trident?

Besides the documents mentioned to you in the mail before, please bring a proof of any
professional work-experience, if any, in original as well as photocopy of the same. We accept

14) Besides documents, what all should I carry when I come to Dhaula?
Apart from the documents, for your own comfort, we would advise you to bring:

Medicines for particular chronic ailments, if any
a pair of sports shoes, and


Comfortable cotton clothing for the visit to manufacturing units at Sanghera/Dhaula.
