Aditya Birla Minacs inaugurates its twenty-seventh center in Aurangabad

Center to further strengthen Aditya Birla Minacs’ leadership in region specific


customer interaction services

Aurangabad, India, November 16, 2009: Aditya Birla Minacs, a global business
solutions company (subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo) today announced the
inauguration of its new delivery center at MIDC Chikalthana in Aurangabad,
Maharashtra. The center will initially provide customer interaction services in
Marathi, apart from Hindi and English, to 53 million IDEA Cellular subscribers as
part of the five year outsourcing services deal worth Rs 600 crores.

Mr. Navanit Narayan, Chief Service Delivery Officer, IDEA Cellular Ltd. was
honorable chief guest at the occasion and inaugurated the center. Mr. Milind
Godbole, President APAC, Aditya Birla Minacs presided over the function.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Navanit Narayan, Chief Service Delivery Officer,
IDEA Cellular, said, “Our close partnership with Minacs has strengthened IDEA’s
ability to deliver predictable, high quality services to our subscribers and
deliver a strong customer experience 24/7. We are pleased with the quality of work
that is being delivered from our Aurangabad operations and have confidence in the

instrumental in redefining mobile telephony service standards providing incisive
reach, connectivity and value added services”.

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Milind Godbole, President – APAC, Aditya Birla
