Low Carbon Green City Plan : To reduce CO2 emission and make better
environment through Urban Planning & Design with Green Technology and System
Integration Development.
Korea has made a couple of green city development plans and projects since
Korean Green Growth policy initiated.
Currently, it is possible to build new city as green city even zero carbon.
But, there are still problems to plan a green city development.
1. How can we know which master plan is more optimum for green city?
2. How will decide which master plan or technology is better for one city than
other city?

manipulation reflecting the lands' environmental, physical, and spatial

A system promotes development and preservation of land and prevent
development thoughtless of the land by classifying the purposes of
land after evaluating lands' suitability for
development/farming/preservation according to the lands' soil, location,
and capacity of utilization
Development that can be continued, the start point of 'Land
management system by first plan-next development'
