Dear TRRC,
As I returned from ray run today I received an unexpected
present. Santa TRRC had delivered a beautiful silver platter
with my name engraved as 1990 Taconic Road Runner of the
Y e a r .
Well, I was ouite surprised considering that I had been
told that my award fell overboard 3 mos. earlier since I was
unable to attend the TRRC Dinner Dance award ceremony.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the
members of Taconic who were responsible for choosing rae as
Runner of the Year. It was botn a great surprise and honor
to receive the award. It was also a great way to celebrate ray
10t h year of r unni ng.
I appreciate all of the encouragement and support both
my family and I have received since Becoming a Taconic
