GENEL ZELLKLER
GENERAL INFORMATION
VENCO Heat Recovery Ventilation Units (VHR) are designed for saving
energy and also improving indoor air quality. VHR units provide the
facilities of ai r- condi t i oni ng appl i cat i ons (residential,
commercial and industrial areas) by using plate type exchangers,
recovering heat from air to air. The heat is effectively transferred from
warm to cold air by the exchangers with high conductivity, efficiency
and performance. The efficiency is considerably high since there is
latent heat transfer becides the sensible heat transfer.
6 standard models, with TSEK certification, CE marked and GOST-R
certification in compliance with applicable directives,

Proper ventilation with 5 speed fans controlled separately,
The compact design provides easy installation and maintenance,

OUTDOOR CONNECTION KIT (OCK)
Outdoor connection kit is used to have the fresh air from the
outside and exhaust the return air at the same time by not
causing the short circuit. The connection dimensions are
suitable with the heat recovery unit inlets and outlets. It can
easly be mounted. It provides an aesthetic appeal at exterior
view.

DI HAVA BY-PASS BALANTI KT (BCK)
VENCO Is geri kazanm cihaz; ierisindeki plakal eanjr
sayesinde, souk ve scak hava arasnda s transferi
gerekletirerek enerji tasarrufu salamaktadr. Ancak,
zellikle gei mevsimlerinde (bahar aylarnda) ya da sabah
ve akam saatlerindeki d hava scakl i ortam scaklna
yaklamaktadr. Bu durumda taze hava ve egzoz havas
arasnda kayda deer bir s transferi olmayacandan;
eanjr basn dmn ortadan kaldrp taze hava fann
daha verimli kullanmak iin plakal eanjr by-pass edilir.
Bunun yannda yaz aylarnda d hava scaklnn, i hava
scaklnn altna dmesi sz konusu olabilir. Bu durumdan
faydalanarak i ortam serinletmek iin plakal eanjr
by-pass edilir ve taze hava, plakal eanjre girmeden direk
olarak i ortama flenir. Bylelikle enerji tasarrufu salanr.
Is geri kazanm cihazlarna by-pass kitinin dahil edilmesiyle
deiecek olan ykseklik ve arlk deerleri aadaki
tabloda belirtilmitir.
BY-PASS CONNECTION KIT (BCK)
VENCO Heat recovery units are used to transfer the heat from
the exhaust air to supply air. In the transition seasons, it is
much more suitable to supply the fresh air directly to indoor by
not entering to the heat exchanger. By-pass connection kit
allows controlling the outdoor air automatically and supplying
the outdoor air directly to the indoor when it is necessary. Heat
recovery units with BCK have the following heights and
weights.
KANAL TP SUSTURUCU (SLT)
VENCO kanal tipi susturucular, havalandrma sisteminde
oluan sesleri en aza indirerek, sessiz ve konforlu bir ortam
salar. Aadaki tabloda, s geri kazanm cihazlar ile
birlikte kullanlmak zere tasarlanm standart susturucular
ve zellikleri belirtilmitir.
CIRCULAR DUCT SILENCER (SLT)
VENCO duct type silencers are used for silent and comfortable
conditions by reducing the sound level in the ventilation
systems. The standard silencers which are designed to be used
with heat recovery units are indicated in the following table.

Venco heat recovery units have circular duct inlets and outlets.
If the duct system is rectangular, the adaptors from circular to
rectangular ducts could be supplied optionally.

k azna uygundur, istenilen dikdrtgen kanal lsnde
imal edilebilir.
DI ORTAM ATISI (VWC)
Is geri kazanm cihazlar, d ortamda kullanldnda d
ortam koullarndan etkilenmemesi iin d ortam koruma
ats kullanlabilir.
WEATHERPROOF COVER (VWC)
Weatherproof protection roof is used to protect the heat
recovery unit from the outdoor conditions.
KANAL TP TORBA FLTRE (VFK)
VENCO VFK serisi yuvarlak kanal tipi torba filtre niteleri EN
779 standardna uygundur. Gvdesi galvaniz sacdan imal
edilen torba filtreler sentetik mikroliflerden oluur. F7 kalite
bu filtrelerin maksimum alma scakl 90C dir ve %85
verimlilie sahiptir.
DUCT TYPE BAG FILTER (VFK)
VENCO VFK series, bag filter units, casing manufactured
according to EN 779 standart, with galvanised steel frame are
made up class F7 synthetic micro fibers. These bag filters can
endure on operating temprature 90C max and have an
efficieny of 85%.
SEC- STANDARD ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER
SEC is supplied with Venco Heat Recovery Units as standard
and it has the following features.
Unit On/Off Control
Adjusting Fresh Air Speed and Exhaust Air Speed
Separately (5 Stages)
It is possible to supply and exhaust the air depending on the
request. Also positive or negative pressure can be obtained in
the ventilation room.
Control of Electrical Heater Manually or Automatically
Venco Electrical Heaters can be controlled with SEC. Thus, there
is no need another controller. It is possible to turn the heater On
or Off and adjust stages manually. Also it can be controlled
automatically depending on the set temperature. If heat
recovery unit or its supply air fan is turned off, fresh air fan
keeps working for 30 seconds to cool the heater. And SEC
doesn't allow the electrical heater to run if fresh air fan of heat
recovery unit isn't working.
Control of Hot / Cold Water Coil Valve Manually or
Automatically
The 2-way valve or 3-way valve of hot water coil can be
controlled as On/Off by SEC. It is possible to open or close the
valve of water coil manually. Also it can be controlled
automatically depending on the set temperature by SEC.
Connectability to Building Management System (BMS) and
VRV/VRF Systems
SEC can make heat recovery unit on or off depending on the
signal from BMS, VRV/VRF System or similar automation
systems. And it can send status signal of being On or Off to
these applications.
Warning for Clogged Filter (Optional)
SEC gives warning when the filters are dirty.
Frost Protection for Heat Exchanger (Optional)
When the freezing temperature is detected, fresh air fan
switches to minimum stage and exhaust air fan switches to
maximum stage automatically.

verilir ve aada belirtilen ilevleri yerine getirebilir.
Cihaz A/Kapa Fonksiyonu
Taze hava ve egzoz havas hzlarn birbirinden bamsz
olarak kontrol edebilme (5 Kademe)
Bu zellik sayesinde havalandrma ihtiyacnn farkllk
gsterdii mahallerde fan hzlar uygun kademeye
getirilerek istenen miktarda hava evrimi salanr. Bylece
enerjiden de tasarruf edildii gibi istee bal olarak negatif
veya pozitif basn oluturulabilir.
Elektrikli stcnn manuel ya da scakla bal otomatik
kontrol.
Is geri kazanm cihaz ile birlikte kullanlan elektrikli stcnn
ikinci bir kumandaya gerek kalmadan kontrol edilebilmesini
salar. SEC zerinden stcnn manuel olarak a/kapa ve
kademe kontrol yaplabilecei gibi; set edilecek bir scaklk
deerine bal olarak otomatik kontrol de salanabilir. Is
geri kazanm cihaz ya da taze hava fan kumandadan
kapatldnda; taze hava fan, 30 saniye daha almaya
devam ederek elektrikli stcnn soumasn salar. Ayrca s
geri kazanm cihaznn taze hava fan almadan stcnn
devreye girmesini engeller.
Scak / Souk su serpantininin manuel ya da scakla
bal otomatik kontrol.
Su serpantini giriine konulacak 2 yollu ya da 3 yollu
vanann A/Kapa kontrol kumanda zerinden yaplabilir.
SEC zerinden batarya vanasnn manuel olarak a/kapa ve
kademe kontrol yaplabilecei gibi; set edilecek bir scaklk
deerine bal olarak otomatik kontrol de salanabilir.
Merkezi otomasyon sistemine veya VRV/VRF sistemine
balanabilme.
SEC, bina otomasyon sisteminden (BMS - Building
Management System) ya da benzeri bir uygulamadan
(VRV/VRF kumandas, zaman rlesi, vb.) ald kuru kontak
bilgisi ile cihaz a/kapa ilemini standart olarak
yapabilmektedir. Bunun yannda cihazn ak ya da kapal
olma durumunu bir kuru kontak bilgisi ile bina otomasyon
sistemine veya benzeri bir sisteme aktarabilmektedir.
Filtre kirlilik uyars (opsiyonel)
SEC, opsiyonel olarak s geri kazanm cihazna taklacak olan
basn sensr ile ltrelerin kirliliini alglar ve uyar verir.
Eanjr buzlanma kontrol (opsiyonel)
Opsiyonel olarak s geri kazanm cihazna taklacak olan
termostatlar ile buzlanmann balayaca scaklk alglanr ve
otomatik olarak taze hava fan minimum kademeye, egzoz
fan ise maksimum kademeye getirilerek buzlanma riski
ortadan kaldrlr.

FEC, opsiyonel olarak talep edilebilmekte ve Standart
Elektronik Kumandann (SEC) zelliklerine ilave olarak
aada belirtilen ilevleri de yerine getirebilmektedir.
Timer zellii
Bu zellik sayesinde s geri kazanm cihaznn, haftann
istenen gn ve saatlerinde otomatik olarak devreye girip
kmas salanabilir. Bylece cihazn alr durumda
unutulmasnn da nne geilerek enerjinin boa tketimi
de engellenebilir.
By-pass damper kontrol (opsiyonel)
By-pass damperinin zellikleri ve avantajlar iin aksesuarlar
sayfasn inceleyiniz.
Hava kalite (opsiyonel) ve Karbondioksit (opsiyonel)
sensrlerinin kontrol
FEC ve balanlacak sensrler sayesinde (hava kalite,
karbondioksit) s geri kazanm cihaz; mahal ierisindeki
havann durumunu anlk olarak kontrol ederek gerektii
kadar taze havann i ortama girmesini ve gerektii kadar
egzoz yaplmasn salar. ortamdaki havann kalitesi
dtke fanlarn hzlarn artrarak havann daha hzl sirkle
edilmesini salar. Hava kalitesinin ykseldii durumda ise
fanlarn hzlarn drerek enerji tasarrufu salam olur.
Hareket dedektr (opsiyonel)
FEC, bal bir hareket sensrnden alaca kumanda ile
otomatik olarak, s geri kazanm cihazn altrlabilmekte
ya da durdurulabilmektedir.
Modbus ile kontrol
Venco Is geri kazanm cihazlar FEC sayesinde Bina
Otomasyon Sistemlerine balanabilir ve Modbus protokol
zerinden cihazn tm zellikleri kontrol edilebilir.
FEC - FUNCTIONAL ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER
FEC is requested as optional. Besides having all features of SEC,
it has the following additional features.
Timer Function
It is possible to set the requested running hours of the heat
recovery unit. Thus, heat recovery unit runs on the requested

Control of Air Quality (Optional) and Carbon Dioxide
(Optional) Sensors
It is possible to increase indoor air quality by using air quality or
carbon dioxide sensor. The fan speed is adjusted automatically
regarding to the carbondioxide sensor or air quality sensor that
could be connected to the unit.
PIR Detector(optional)
Heat Recovery Unit can run depending on the signal from the
PIR detector that is connected to the unit by using FEC.
Control with Modbus
FEC can communicate with a BMS through Modbus Network.
This allows the BMS to monitor the heat recovery unit and
control all parameters of the unit.
