I tunnel standard COPRITUTTO a
parete (CTP) o autoportanti (CTS)
rappresentano una soluzione ideale
per Ia copertura di aree da adibire a
carico/scarico merce, magazzino ed
eventuaImente produzione.
La struttura pu essere auto portante
(CTS) con due testate rigide, una
anteriore ed una posteriore, in questo
caso il tunnel autonomo e pu
essere utilizzato come magazzino.

Our self-standing tunnel copritutto are
the most versatile you can fnd on the
market, able to ensure indoor storage
within a limited time and low cost. Our
product range allows us to build structures
that may have clearance from 3,000 to
20,000 mm working width up to 7,000 mm
and length indefnite depending on your
needs. Bigger structures could be imple-
mented on demand.
The CTS are structures made of steel
trusses treatment with hot galvanization
which are joined together by a system of
pantographs anti shearing and tested
self-supporting which guarantees the
static structural and at the same time
allows the structure to close in on same
sliding on hardened steel wheels ftted
with a dual ball bearing as to prevent water
and dust interfere rolling.
In this confguration, the structure easily
slides on two tracks, supplied and exclusi-
vely designed by COPRIKOMPATT, which
are fxed to the ground, and easily customi-
zable.

I tunnel auto portanti Copritutto rappre-
sentano quanto di pi versatile si possa
trovare sul mercato per garantire il ricovero
al coperto delle vs. merci in tempi brevi e
con costi ridotti. La nostra gamma prodotti
ci consente di costruire strutture che posso-
no avere luce libera da mm 3.000 a 20.000
altezza utile fno a mm 7.000 e lunghezza
indefnita a seconda delle vs. esigenze. Su
progettazione possono essere realizzate
strutture con dimensioni maggiori.
I CTS sono strutture costituite da capriate in
acciaio con trattamento di zincatura a caldo
che sono unite tra loro da un sistema di
pantograf anti cesoiamento e di testate
autoportante il quale ne garantisce la
statica strutturale e che al tempo stesso
permette alla struttura di richiudersi su se
stessa scorrendo su ruote in acciaio tempe-
rato munite di un doppio cuscinetto a sfera
atto ad impedire all'acqua e alla polvere
interferire al rotolamento.
In questa confgurazione la struttura scorre
comodamente su due binari, di ns. fornitura
e disegno esclusivo, che vengono fssati a
terra parallelamente tra di loro, attraverso
varie maniere a scelta del cliente.

I tunnel con appoggio laterale a parete
"COPRITUTTO" denominati tunnel
zoppo sono strutture mobili che
vengono fssate in aderenza alle pareti
di un capannone in posizione parallela
alle stesse. Le capriate, che si possono
avere in doppia o singola pendenza,
sono unite tra di loro a coppie e scorro-
no grazie a ruote in acciaio con doppio
cuscinetto a sfera su binari posti da un
lato a terra fssati o in un cordolo o
tassellato con stop meccanici.

Tunnels with wall lateral support "copritut-

structures fxed in adherence to a shed
wall.
The trusses, which you can have in a single
or double slope, are joined together in
pairs and run through steel wheels with
double ball bearing on rails placed one

tessellated with mechanical or chemical

TUTTO Tunnel Zoppo ist eine mobile
Struktur (Halle), die parallel zur Auenwand
befestigt wird. Die Trger, die eine Einzel-
oder Doppelsteigung aufweisen knnen,
sind paarweise miteinander verbunden und
durch Stahlrder und Doppelkugellager auf
Schienen laufend auf dem Boden oder in
einem Betonring befestigt (fr Steigungen
und Textur). Passt mechanisch oder chemi-
sch zu anderen Schienen. Die Sulen mit
einem Standard- Radstand bis zu 5.000 mm
oder Nicht-Standard- Design bis zu 14
Meter. Angesichts der Form der Gersts-
truktur kann man sie jederzeit etwa auf die
Hlfte der Lnge wiederholt Zurckges-
chieben um die strukturelle, statische und
perfekte Einhaltung der Sicherheitsbestim-
mungen zu gewhrleisten. Der Tunnel in
Form von CTZ ist selbsttragend und
unabhngig von der Struktur des Gebudes.
Die Tunnel Zoppi (CTZA) knnen am gleich-
namigen Pfahl montiert werden.

Sono utilizzati quando lestensione in
Iarghezza dei tunnel supera i 25 metri,
in tale ipotesi possibile accoppiare
pi tunnel con uno spazio interno
totalmente sfruttabile per Iarghezze e
Iunghezze indefnite. Sono una ottima
soluzione in caso si abbia necessit di
frontali di notevole Iarghezza. Il sistema
di scorrimento in questo caso vede due
guide a terra agli estremi e guide aeree
centrali poggiate su pilastri in acciaio
zincato aventi interasse di mm 5000.

Moving tunnels CTZA are used when the
extension of the tunnel width exceeds
25m, in this case it is possible to couple
several tunnels with an internal area fully
exploited for indefnite length and width.
They are an excellent solution if you need

ground rails at the end and central air
guides resting on pillars made of galvani-
zed steel having a wheelbase of 5000mm,

von mehr als 25 m berschreitet. In diesem
Fall wird eine Kopplung mehrerer Tunnel
genutzt, die den Innenbereich fr unbestim-
mte Lnge und Breite vollstndig ausnutzt.
Es ist eine ausgezeichnete Lsung, wenn Sie
berbreite bentigen. Das Schiebesystem
wird in diesem Fall mit zwei Bodenschienen
am Ende der zentralen Fhrungsschiene, die
mit verzinkten Stahlsulen und einem
Radstand von ca.5.000 mm erstellt ist,
verbunden. Die Struktur der Abdeckung und
dem Angebot der COPRITUTTO entspre-
chen den allgemeinen Eigenschaften des
Qualittsstandards.

capriate unite a coppie e scorrevoli su
binari che vengono posati su pilastri
con interasse di mm 5000 in versione
standard i quali corrono parallelamente
a costruzioni esistenti. Vengono adope-
rate a mo di tettoia per coprire aree
insistenti tra due fabbricati che vedono
la presenza di svariati accessi all'area in
oggetto. Le strutture doppio zoppo
possono essere installate su piazzali.
