Thank you so much for scheduling your show with me! I look forward to (tell what you are going to

great wardrobe is 1/3 clothes and 2/ 3 accessories. (reaffirm the value) I cant wait to show you
and your guests some great tricks and tips.

If you have never hosted a show or even if you are an old pro, here are a few tips to make it a suc-
cess! Start with your guest list! Who you invite and how you invite are the MOST important parts of
your show. Make a list of 20 people you would like to invite to share your experience with you.
Then you will want to pre-vite them. Check with them to see if they can make it. And be sure
to ask EVERYONE to bring a friend. Dont worry, a script is enclosed!

You will want to have a goal of _____ confirmed guests. That is the perfect number. 2 people will
drop the week of and 2 more the day of which will leave us with ______ or so. Once you have your
confirmed list, email me the addresses so that I can mail your reminders for you.

Take a look at your Hostess rewards and create your wish list! Concentrate on taking 5 outside or-
ders and getting 2 bookings to ensure a successful Show.

Be sure and read Show Success Tips and contact me with any questions. Should you find that
your Show date will not work for you, please drop me an e-mail or make a quick call immediately
so I can open it up for someone else.

The best show is a diverse show! You want to invite people from different area of your life. Why? Because their
circles of influence do not overlap. This means that you will have multiple bookings because they do not all know
each other. Future bookings bring you great rewards and they are how I grow my business.

Extending the Invitation!
We have found the most effective invite is a personal call. Make your list of 20 people and then call.

Your Guest List
You will want a confirmed list of ________
Who to invite? The FRANKS!
Diversify! Be sure to invite 4 people from each category to ensure a good turn out and GREAT
bookings.

Extending the Invitation
We have found the most effective invite is a personal call. Use the script when you make calls.
Return your list of those who can attend to me ASAP!
I will send out your reminders with all the details 10 days before your Show.

Ensuring your Guest Count
Dont let your reminders add to their junk email file. Get on the phone and make a personal con-
nection! They will appreciate hearing your voice!
Life is busy so the key is to remind, remind and remind again
When you receive your reminder card in the mail, call each friend to be sure they got theirs. 25%
of the postcards I mail out NEVER arrive at their destination.
Remind them 5 days before.
Remind them the day before.
When you are making your reminder calls, ask each friend to bring a friend.
People will drop at the last minute so dont panic. Asking each one to bring one will offset this.
Most importantly, it will be a great Show with the ones we have. So dont stress over it. The point is
to HAVE FUN!

Maximizing Your Hostess Rewards
To maximize the Hostess Program youll want _____ Bookings and $_______ in sales. Heres how:

My average hostess has 5-7 outside orders. Enclosed is 1 catalog. Everyone is on the hunt for the
perfect pair of earrings . Flip thru with her and share a few of your favorites. Email my website link

Bookings
Stack the deck in your favor! As you are making your guest list put a star next to those that host a
lot of home show. When you call the week of, let them know that you get an extra gift for pre-
booking 2 shows. Ask them if they will help you out by booking. Share the rewards with them. It
never hurts to ask!

Setting Up
Keep refreshments to a minimum and think light. Finger foods, fruit, wine and cheese is perfect.
Elaborate food makes hosting look difficult and will cut your bookings by up to HALF!
The most beneficial Show is one free from distractions (children, phones, dogs).
