Responsibility
Review of the Engineering drawings such as P&ID, piping plan, piping isometrics.
Preparation of bulk MTO, Tie-in schedule, valve schedule,support schedule.
Involved in site surveys, identify design solutions/routings, liaise with management and discuss these solutions,
preparation of site visit report.
Review all vendor documentations to assure the compliance with the design and technical requirements.
Stress analysis of well head lines, gas re-injection lines, water injection lines and flow lines using ASME 31.3.
Fatigue analysis of well head lines subjected to slug flow and wave loading using MATH CAD

Relief valve load calculation for gas and liquid piping.
Stress analysis of lines related to pumps using API610.
Flange leakage using ASME III, paragraph NC-3658.3
Responsible for stress deliverables from the stress group.
Model the GRE lines as per site survey/as-built and stress analysis should be done as per UKOOA code with
considering restraint stiffness 10KN/mm and issue the support loads to structural to check the adequacy of
supports.
Loads included for analysis: Weights, Pressure, Thermal, and Hanger, Well head displacements from wave/ tidal,
Wind and slug force (Analysis by Time history dynamic analysis).
Trunion calculation, local stresses on welded attachments and fatigue stress.
Preparation of Piping Stress report.

Involved in site surveys, identify design solutions/routings, liaise with management and discuss these solutions
& also preparation of mechanical completion packages.
Review all vendor documentations to assure the compliance with the design and technical requirements.
Preparation of valve data sheet (VDS), material takes off (MTO).
Checking the material requisition, NMR to implement the details in design.
Drafting of piping plan & piping isometric drawings using Auto-Cad & Microstation.
Also involved in design of Berths & Tank farm area firewater/foam system piping.
