SHOW INFORMATION

On acceptance of entries no officers of the Association will be accountable for loss, injury or damage
to exhibitors or members of the public or their animals.
Numbers to be collected on the day.
The committee reserve the right to amalgamate, cancel or divide classes and change the programme
of judges in the interest of the efficient running of the show.
All riders must wear correctly fitted protective headgear which complies with the British Standard
Number, at all times while mounted within the showgrounds i.e. Meadows Equestrian Centre.
Ponies in young stock classes must be shown without hind shoes.
In the interest of safety, stallions 137.2 cm and under may only be ridden by children who have
attained their 12
th
birthday on 1
st
January of current year. Ridden stallions over 137.2cm by a child
who has attained their 14
th
birthday on 1
st
January of the current year. ALL colts & stallions two year
old and over must be suitably bitted and led by a handler of 14 years old or over.
All objections to be lodged at the Secretarys office on the day of the show accompanied by
100.00.
Competitors may be required to show passports/height certificates in respect of relevant height
limits and 3
rd
party liability cover.
No substitutions, refunds or changes of entries.
Welsh bred classes: Animals entered in classes for Welsh Section A, B, C & D must be registered in
the Welsh Stud Book. Animals entered in Welsh Part-Bred Classes must be registered in the welsh
part-bred register. W.S.B & W.P & C.S. Bronze medals for the section A,B,C & D and part bred in
hand. W.P & C.S performance medals for the Performance Champions.
The organisers NIAWPC&S reserve the right to refuse any entry for classes at the Championship
show without explanation.
This show is a qualifier for the THE NATIONAL WELSH CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW, which will take at
Malvern 11
th
August 2013, criteria to be entered.
Welsh Pony and Cob gelding incentive scheme overall gelding champion and reserve to be
competed for by the highest placed geldings from each appropriate class within sections A,B,C & D
generously sponsored by MILLCROFT STUD.
