Introduction
The TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks integration platform enables
companies to rapidly integrate systems and automate business
processes. TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks supports your
integration project throughout the project lifecycle. It includes a
common graphical user interface for adapter configuration, process
design, and deployment. User administration, component management,
and process monitoring are available via a web browser based GUI.

Supported Platforms
TIBCO BusinessWorks depends on the platform support provided by your
installed TIBCO Runtime Agent version. The installation package
allows you to install one or more components of the software on
different machines in a TIBCO Administration Domain.

Software Requirements
TIBCO Software:
TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.6.2 or higher (must be installed before
TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks is installed.)

Important Note:
TIBCO Enterprise Message Service(TM) is bundled with TIBCO
ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks, and may be used solely with TIBCO
ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) Service Engine. Further, it may be
used solely as a transport that enables communication between TIBCO
ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Service Engine nodes in a TIBCO
ActiveMatrix(R) Service Grid configuration, where TIBCO Enterprise
Message Service acts as the Normalized Message Router for a TIBCO
ActiveMatrix Service Grid deployment. TIBCO Enterprise Message
Service, as bundled with TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks, is not
licensed to be used or accessed by any other software or for any
other purpose.
