NEW PLAYER-FRIENDLY FORMATS FOR 2014!
Amateurs and Professionals Welcome.
Please come and join us at the St. James Bay Golf Resort on
Saturday, June 21, and Sunday, June 22, 2014, for the annual
Forgotten Coast Open. This year, the tournament features
a flighted, open field Individual Stroke Play event, a team
Four Ball event, daily Proximity Contests, daily Skins Games,
Day Money competitions and more! Competitors will enjoy
exciting golf on the challenging, meticulously-maintained,
Golf Course at St. James Bay, fantastic prizes and outstanding
southern hospitality.
Your assistance in growing the Forgotten Coast Open is greatly
appreciated. Please share these entry forms with all of your
golfing buddies, business associates and club members, display
them on community information boards, and feel free to make
copies or forward E-mails. The more the merrier everyone is

We have also included sponsorship information for interested
individuals and businesses (see back page). Sponsorships are

FORMATS
Flighted Individual Stroke Play and flighted
Four Ball (2-player best ball) handicaps will
be verified and must not differ by more than 10 strokes teammates do not have
to play in the same Individual Stroke Play flight. Four Ball payout is daily, so take
it low! At official discretion, flights may be adjusted for Day 2. There will also be
full field Proximity Contests, an optional full-field Skins Game and an optional
flighted Day Money Game each day. All scoring (Individual Stroke Play, Four
Ball, Proximity, Skins and Day Money) will be gross only regardless of flight.
ENTRY FEES
Professionals and Amateurs: $150.00 for one format only (Individual Stroke Play
or Four Ball) or $200.00 for both formats. Includes green fees, cart fees, range
balls, goodie bag and complimentary food & beverage. Optional games cash only!
PRACTICE ROUNDS
$30.00 with paid entry. Please schedule within one week of the tournament.
Without paid entry, practice rounds will be at regular rates.
DEADLINE
Entries must be received by June 19, 2014. Entries received after this date are
subject to a late charge and will be placed on an alternate list. Credit Card entries
are accepted (MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover). Field is limited
to the first 84 paid players (or 42 teams). Entries may be faxed to 850-697-9070.
