Dear Sir,-
This is with reference to your enquiry for supply , commissioning & calibration of
Testing machines at USA. We give here below our offer indicating terms & conditions
for the visit of our engineers to USA for commissioning and calibration of testing
machines.

1. To & fro air fare Mumbai to USA, Insurance for one person ,Airport taxes are on
your account.
2. To & fro Luggage charges it includes weight of calibration instruments required for
Universal
Testing, Hardness testing machines etc +personal luggage of engineer. Weight
may exceeds
above 70 kg. These actual charges are on your account .
3. Customs clearance, Visa charges , Local & transportation charges for Instruments
at USA on
your account.
4. Local transportation and lodging boarding within India Miraj to Mumbai and back
lump sum
charges Rs 14000/-
5. Per day charges including to and fro days in traveling US $400/-The day will be
considered
day of starting from Mumbai to the date of arrival to Mumbai.
6. Calibration & instrumentation charges for,-
Brinell Hardness Testing machine=Qt 1- No US $900/-
Rock well Hardness Testing Machine=Qt 1No US $850/-
UTM Qt 1 No- US$ 1400/-
7. Lodging , boarding, to and fro Local transportation charges Hotel /Guest house to
your Works
Should be provided by you at your own cost during entire stay of our engineer at
USA.

6. Payment terms:- P.O. along with 50% advance, balance 50% after completion of
work.

Direct calibration charges of UTM Qt 1 No- US $3182 /-
In case if you are arranging third party calibration agency at JSL USA at your own
cost and in
presence of our calibration cum service engineer ,charges mentioned in the point
no 6 will not
 be applicable. We give full guaranty for the calibration results as per ASTM /NIST
standards
if you call third party calibration agency for respective machines.
7. Lodging , boarding, to and fro Local transportation charges Hotel /Guest house to
your Works
Should be provided by you at your own cost during entire stay of our engineers at
USA.
