To train athletes to their full potential and see them to the big show.... the “Olympics”

Profile
As a coach/instructor I can motivate athletes/clients to maximize their potential by creating an
innovative approach to teaching using all learning skill's styles in the appropriate environment
and terrain. Athletes/clients are pushed to new limits, challenged through self discovery
learning, while developing new skills thus improving their personal level of satisfaction. I pride
myself in being in top physical shape so I can perform the task at a high-performance level.
Education and current trends are accomplished through yearly re-certifications for each
discipline.

Glen Eden 2005 - Current


Ski/Snowboard Instructors

Work with the daily school groups through the POD method allowing to process over 300
students daily. Safely accessing skiers abilities granting them the appropriate access to the
hill terrain.

8 week programs with skiers ability level 7-8 challenging them and encouraging repeat
business for the next season. I have had several repeats over the years requesting me.

Devil's Elbow 1998 – 2005


Alpine Snowboard Director

Developed a ground up alpine racing program for beginners to elite alpine snowboard racers.
Solicited funds from local business to fund training and equipment, being stubbies, gate
panels etc.. Scheduled all training on hill lane location and organized scanted races at various
hills within Ontario. Profit and loss was managed to a non for profit profile.

Coach
Developed two currently riding Provincial team members riding for Ontario and Alberta.
Team Accomplishments:
● 1998 Ontario Provincials 2 Gold 3 silver metals
● 1999 Ontario Provincials 3 Gold 1 silver 2 bronze metals
● 2000 Ontario Provincials 1 silver 4 bronze metals
● 2002 Nationals Quebec 5th
● 2004 Nationals British Columbia 4th

On Ice Official 2000 – Current


Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL)

Employed by the worlds largest minor hockey league association in the world. The GTHL has
34,000 players playing on 2300 different teams within the greater Toronto area. Throughout
the playing season the turnstile admits over 696,000 players, parents and fans annually.

I have either lined or refereed the up coming greats such as Paul Coffey, Tie Domi, Ed Belford
and Don Cherry children or grand children just to name a few.

Russell Hockey Interprices 1998 - 2003


Adult Hockey Instructor

Weekly on ice hockey instructional for beginners A 22-week session which focus on individual
skill development including: Power Skating, Shooting, Puck Handling, Passing, Deking and
Backwards Skating. Constant repetitive drills in a fun, organized manner, which will force any
player to improve
