The possibility exists for the elevation of a portion of humans, while
embodied, to a higher state of awareness. These humans-made-new
would have a greater measure of true free-will and a more direct
connection to the higher Light that exists outside of this zone. The soul
being may become free to stay or leave and the human self may
incorporate a portion of higher being and awareness into its own self.
The soul beings who are here will also be receiving the correction
energies and be made new. Now it is time for all those for whom
possible to go online, first some, then more, as if growing in waves.

Dear Readers,
Here is Part Two of Two of this that begins a new chapter on the ascension of human
selves and that of the soul beings that have been here to help, observe, and learn.

Future updates will continue to be irregular and I will be posting short items at NES
Forums from time to time. Most of the articles that we have written and presented in
Global Awakening News represent a process of development leading to what is now being
presenting. The material is generally not available from other sources.

This current update connects closely with what we published three years ago in two
articles in the Aug-Sept 2007 issue of Global Awakening News on A New Creation (article

In October of 2007, we attempted to describe what we could of the transformation and
ascension process as it was understood at the time. Many test runs were made and many
variations in the process tried. Many impediments and interferences were encountered.

Additional articles have mused about possibilities for a change to the earths orbital
trajectory and the influences of the new creation (baby) on what is going on here, in this
reality and Earth (see December 2009 GA:News).

While there are many of good intention who are exposing the existence or influence of
high level powers-that-be who are operating in the human sphere of existence, it is my
sense that most of this is too little, too late, if it ever would have mattered much. The
more these things are publicized that are accurate and insightful enough, the more it is an
indication that the game is nearly over and that the human powers-that-be are no longer
concerned enough to control such the news. They only seek to control that which could
prematurely expose more about them and their most important plans --or that could
cause them additional trouble in maintaining social control.

All the major global players at the table know the stakes and the game. It is a type of
musical chairs and they all know that when the music stops, some will no longer have a
seat at the table. The other game is who blinks first. The immediate stakes are for
control over Earth and humans. Nearly all preparations for a new stage of war that will
mark the beginning of WW3 are in place, what remains is the pretext and timing. Any
day, any week.

It is most likely that in many countries (USA included), there will be many confused,
disgusted, and angry humans carrying pitch forks and torches who will pursue anything
and anyone they IMAGINE to be their enemy. It is already a confused and troubling time
and will get very worse very quickly. Those humans who get caught up in these events do
not know what they are fighting against, nor do they know what they are fighting for. The
situation has for the most part been successfully steered and guided by the powers-that-be
through various meme-engineering methods of social control.

I have little more to say on all this except to remind everyone here to stay attentive to the
larger and higher spiritual changes and to not be drawn into the insanity of the earthly
struggles, including those of confused and angry populaces. Over the years we have
provided information and insight and pointed out ways to better understand the macro
and micro patterns in the human sphere of thoughts and actions.

Whatever the human powers-that-be do now, it will be largely upon their own agenda and
momentum, allied with certain ET-types, and encouraged by demonic and other forms of
the non-physical dark forces. To repeat what was said above, they have practically zero
concern from their part about carrying along a population of 6.7 billion people. Since
there is only a concern for social order that could interfere with their plans, they will use a
combination of engineered global emergencies, new wars, overt WW3, disease
pandemics, environmental catastrophes (poisonous Gulf of Mexico +big hurricane), more
widespread use of weather and tectonic weapons, and of course martial law where it is
deemed essential. They are counting on people to self-manage their own triage as much
as possible, hence the emphasis will be on perceived global threats.

There is the possibility that global catastrophic wreckage will be avoided and it will be
from a spiritual solution coming from outside this system. The correction energies are
here and are in-process. How this plays out is a mystery as of this writing.

These days I am more focused on the question of the human self and the soul/higher self
and how social-spiritual evolution can more favor the interests of the and higher level dark
forces diminished or extinguished.

That is what is on the table now, when all the messy confusion is cleared away: the
human self and the soul/higher self. To one side is the divine spark/higher creational
awareness. An overlapping, trinary relationship

Later I will be writing a few articles concerning the work of a few spiritual pioneers and
continue to offer some descriptions of the corrections and the ascension process. My main
interest now is with changes to the human self and the soul self. This is what is
fundamental to the ascension of humanity and the soul beings to a new stage of evolution.
Everything else seems secondary or background noise.

The confluence of different global crises are overwhelmingly staggering while a dam of

CLARIFICATION: While it appeared as though there was a new management entity for
Earth, it may be more like that of a new, higher, or upgraded aspect of the main entity
that has been overseeing Earth. It was so different that it seemed like an entirely new
being coming in.

A Creation Made New
Toward a New Earth

Preface
Johns article in Part One of this update (www.pfcn.net/bulletins/update-aug01-2010.pdf)
may well be describing the preliminary stages to something dramatic. May be.

In reexamining the present situation and recent changes, it might appear until most
recently that the mission has failed with regard to implementing the reconnection with
Source, while embodied, of those beings trapped here.

Yet, when all is said and done, it may be seen by all involved to have been worth it, even
if no being with any memory of what came before will ever want to go through this again.

There has been the ongoing desire to bring along as much of embodied humanity as
possible, partly to retain as much of the diverse learning and evolutionary development,
etc. that has occurred here. However this may not be feasible for many, especially given
the deep inroad of imprinting by the dark upon all those who have been under their
domain.

There is the potential for those humans who have been most influenced by the correction
energies, to move to a partially ascended level of awareness while embodied. If
successful, this has remarkable implications in affecting many more.

What remains is the rescue of those who will need rescue and for the rest to vacate the
3d/4d dimension to their higher levels of being while alterations are made to physical 3d
levels in preparation for a new evolutionary leap. This rescue may involve certain new
ET interests, including some that will be taking their own home. Efforts will need to
be made to minimize subterfuge and illicit abductions by those ETs that have been
working on the dark side.

In addition there remains the problem of the permanent elimination of the dark and their
agents as well as their permanent exclusion from humans and earth. If there is a way to
accelerate the evolutionary impulse on behalf of the original intent behind humans and
earth, then that would be given priority within the above contexts. Such a possibility may
exist but in the context of extreme measures.

What has been learned and is now known by those beings that have made it this far will be
retained.

The question here is how to best effect the uplifting of the greatest number of beings to
the next levels up and to facilitate the conclusion of the darkness that has been cultivated
in the 3d/4d realm.

Situation
The dark and their agents have been initiating various ways to severely damage the earth
and humanity while taking whatever they can while it is still possible. Their scorched
earth threat also involves their re-emerging in control. This is also reflected in the plans
of the human powers-that-be, including escalating a covert WW3 to overtly involve much
of humanity. All indications are that this open escalation is likely to begin before the end
of 2010. However, it is not certain these plans will fully manifest, even such events do
take hold initially. At the very least, earth changes may preempt some of the worst of
human-wrought destruction.

On behalf of Creator there is a counterpart impulse, that being the removal and rescue of
all beings that require it. The deletion of the physical plane of existence on this planet may
also be required. This may involve our local sun in the process.

Those beings in materially stressful human situations cannot hold out indefinitely based
upon trusting the process since the process has so far failed to achieve the intended
results in a significant way. Yet many are still holding their places and are thus preventing
the dark from moving in --simply by their engagement through their human presences.
But every day is a war of attrition that compromises many in various ways, even those at
the front lines who are more spiritually aware, cannot maintain their positions
indefinitely, not under the circumstances that are developing in 3d.

New assurances of new versions of new energies, etc., quite understandably will be met
by growing incredulity or skepticism unless there is a tangible and unambiguous change
in some. Meanwhile, various new false hopes and falsehoods are being spun to keep as
many engaged and stuck in this trap.

Recently I noted linkage between the new age grounding of the dark side from roughly a
century ago to recent upstarts. Articulate presentations are coming forth by various
persons who are either telling the light workers to leave in ways that would allow the dark
side to literally walk-in or to acknowledge the dominance of the dark and accept all
manner of false hopes.

Higher beings upon higher beings were sent or volunteered embodied or not to help in
freeing those trapped here and to help remove the dark forces. Overall it has been shown
they not enough has been learned of this intractable situation and too many of these
beings fought well, but too often were played the fool by a sophisticated set of
deceptions.

Now it is time for all those for whom possible to go online, first some, then more, as if
growing in waves.

A Central Problem
Many years ago, one of various courses taken to assess and correct the situation was for
some beings to come here to live and evaluate how humanity could be brought into the
light and reclaimed and upgraded. For the most part they persevered, even when
harboring serious doubts as to the possibilities of success.

Twice in recent years I recall examining the dark side workings in the as above and the
as below. The purpose was to take a final pass at my own understanding of the brilliant
and terrible control system and see if there could be some way to disengage the control
process.

At this time, there is nothing left to examine in that regard, only this: the human ego-
personality self, the soul being, and the divine awareness/spark of Creator.

In general, the soul beings as a whole are understandably reticent and ill-prepared to
receive and integrate their human level awarenesses, partly due the concern that the
human level awareness carries with it the seeds of the dark and therefore the dark
creation paradigm.

Despite the divine origins of the human template, humans on earth and their operating
systems were fashioned by the dark to serve the dark. Through all this, the spark of
Creator is still available. This is demonstrated partly through a portion of recorded near-
death-experiences and partly from inner seeing and experiential learning.

The primary responsibility for the inability of most humans to connect to their higher
levels rests mainly with the greater soul being. A secondary responsibility for the failure to
achieve this link up rests with the damaged human ego-personality self. The situation is
quite understandable and there is no fault, only with those who created and controlled
the situation.

From what I am aware of, I certainly cannot blame humanity for what has occurred here.
Freewill was heavily suppressed and distorted and humanity was walled off in various
ways to be exploited by the dark.

From my perspectives, any spiritual teacher who claims that the situation here is the fault
of humanity or that the dark was a perverse teaching tool by Creator is fundamentally
corrupt or worse.

This damage to the human ego-personality self has been such that I do not see any way to
effect the ascension of the bulk of human based awareness --while still embodied --from
their human vehicles.

The correction energies that we are aware of have could be considered part of the
never again department of Creator. It is still the greatest hope that when this cleaning
and correcting process is complete, it will be as if the Dark never existed. Ever.

Options
A quarantine and transition zone is needed for all who leave the physical. It would be
equipped with various correction energy-based clearing and upgrading processes, much
as described in the earlier articles on transformation and ascension. Yet even with these
considerations, there is the problem of the dark forces re-initializing via some type of
trojan-virus like mechanism. The newly arrived human-focused awareness brings with it
too much of the dark.

A planetary environment similar to earths could be found and a lengthy rehabilitation
process could be initiated. I have no reason to expect there is sufficient transport capacity
available for so many human bodies. Thus it would primarily be a new incarnation.
However most host worlds would likely not want to accept so many humans from this
world, given the difficulties of a quarantine and possible future integration into their
worlds. Too many safeguards would be needed to prevent new generations of the dark
germinating in their new host environment, etc. and so far this is less and fool-proof. Such
a process has been done elsewhere and most failed.

Another process that has been used in extreme problem areas has been to remove the
physical environment and re-start new inhabitants, or to delete the 3d vibration range
entirely. Many of these also failed when agents for the dark infiltrated from outside those
worlds and the infection would take hold and spread again.

An Alternative
There might be a unique variation to the planetary clearing and reset processes.

There are those here embodied and otherwise who are willing to defy the dark threat
and maintain their presence on this planet while it undergoes a major restructuring. Those
embodied might not have a physical body when all is said and done. But these beings
include some of the most spiritually aware as well as some who have been somehow
touched by the new creation core (Baby) before it went on its way. What was
transferred encompassed more than the correction energies, there were also processes
for patterning a new creation with an innate incompatibility with the dark.

One way of imaging this would be consider this planet brought into a plasma-like state.
Practically, there would be no more 3-d. Furthermore, any attempts by the dark to
infiltrate would result in their annihilation based on the influx of new energies.

The result could be a new creation center within the larger creation, one that was
innoculated against the dark and that could participate in a new way in the development
of new creator beings and possibly facilitate the clearing and upgrading of all creation, not
just this fallen sector.

This could wind up achieving the original intention for this planet and for the human
expression in form.

Those beings that remain with this process may find themselves as allies or stewards of a
new earth and much more. A new earth and a new humanity. A new level of physicality
may eventually be developed as well.

For this to work, it is essential there be tangible and manifest supportive connection from
Creation and the involvement of new planetary upper management.

What would occur with all the individuated awarenesses that identified themselves as
human, I have no idea. Perhaps many go home, whatever that may mean, and others
reintegrated into Creation, healed and upgraded. Some may simply cease to be as
individuations and some portion of their learning may be absorbed by the larger soul
being.

Perhaps this is would then be the time to remove Earth from the control environment of
this planetary system and embark on a new trajectory and a new role with its new
residents.

To my knowing, this alternative scenario has not occurred before.

Planetary Environment
The earlier earthquake prediction should not be considered over and done until this
weekend. As we have come to expect over the years, explosive large solar emissions that
are earth-directed trigger large earthquakes, initially within one to three days following the
solar pressure effects upon the Earths atmosphere.

Space and Earth
Second CME/geomagnetic storm has subsided. Headaches, thick or foggy headedness,
spatial disorientation, changes in visual field or acuity, etc. are examples of reported
symptoms. Several moderate to strong earthquakes were triggered.
