Distinguished Members of the Cabinet,

It is my honor and pleasure to give you the warmest welcome to the Seventh Edition of the
LUZ Model of United Nations, and to the Israeli Cabinet; which in this opportunity, I will have
the distinction to lead as your President. It shall be our responsibility to guarantee the respect
and strict accomplishment of every measure that pursues the security and safeguarding of our
citizens and our homeland. Your compromise to God and Israel shall be tested by the reliability
underneath every operation, strategy and action that might be taken in order to defend our
territory raised and founded under Gods will.
The circumstances, under which this communiqu has reached you, are followed by the alarm
and recent news of menace and attack to our country. Let God be the one to judge the
impertinent and reckless harassment to our Nation by the adversary; and let us be the ones to
act upon the violation of our boarders. Above and beyond from representing a violent
disruption of relations with neighbor countries, these attacks have decadently disturb those
who remain commemorating Yom Kippur celebrations. An alarm has been raised and citizens
have been informed; nevertheless, it is my duty to summit each one the members of this
cabinet to attend immediately the call for protecting the sovereignty of the Promised Land.
Precedent years have represented a continuous persecution against those who stand for the
principles of Gods supremacy, but regardless the battles we have had to endure, Jewish
population has demonstrated its fierce will to remain loyal and stronger before any adversary
that might arise with tainted intentions. From this day on, it shall be your duty, as Israeli
militants, to conquer the most innovating and effective strategies in aims of protecting and
defending every edge of our land. Previous encounters have proven our efficiency and our will
to regain the territory that was dishonorably taken away from us; the Arab States shall once
again, expose themselves to the vast intelligence and martial capabilities that represent
Israels militia, which, during the following days, is expected to reach the highest levels of
diplomatic and military reply to the opponent.
It is not to be forgotten the complexity and various obstacles to be faced during each
confrontation, reason that stands for the necessity of developing a careful study of the
opponent, but mostly, the strength and capabilities within our mercenaries. Always bearing in
mind the religious and political doctrine under which our roots and values remain founded, it
shall no be an option the lost of our territory in any of its extension. This executive board
expects nothing but to come across impeccable proposals to be given and developed within
the upcoming days. By doing so, I guarantee that our actions shall stand equally to the sacred
and national duty of serving to God, our citizens, and the Nation that is confident to raise once
more, the anthem of liberty and peace.
