ONGC Question paper
My dear friends i appeared in ONGC GET examination from ECE branch
dated 4th nov 2012. It was my very tough time as one of my fast friend
brother was suffering from fatal disease and i was taking care of it.However i
managed to study a night before exam.I joined my other colleagues(
Debojyoti and Alok from ericsson ) at howrah center.As it is the best PSU so
was expecting a huge rush and found same.At sharp 10 the examination
started consisting of three section TECH 80 Q,APPTITUDE 30 Q and
GK 40 Q. Tech part of therotical (which i hate always) apptitude level was
moderate to tough and GK was of tough level ( the MARS questions :p).As
my apti part was strong so i went through it at part to gain some confidence,
i attempted all and took my time at least i spent 45 min to solve 30 question
as was thinking it is scoring for me,was happy after solving all.Then moved
on tech part.I will say i don't expect these type of questions form ONGC ,the
question was like GALGOTIA publication ,after post examination i found
some direct question from that book .As there was no negative marking i
attempted all. I spent more than 1hr and 15min to this section and then
moved on GK part.Get to know sale ne majak mai bikhari se paisa to nhi
maang rha hai .It was really tough.Overall the exam was of moderate level. I
am sharing all the questions ( got from my friends and after discussion )
