Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish
with pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients
2 oz. Portn Pisco
oz. Cointreau
oz. tangerine juice
oz. pineapple juice
Pineapple wedge and cherry as garnish

Mix all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a
cherry and a wedge of pineapple.





HUACACHINA
Ingredients
2 oz. of Portn Pisco
3 oz. of kiwi juice
oz. of apple liquor
Garnish with kiwi slices

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a wine glass and garnish with a slice of kiwi

Mamacona
Ingredients
3 oz. of Portn Pisco
2 oz. of passion fruit juice
1 oz. of elderberry creme
Elderberry jelly to decorate (optional)
Ice
How to Mix This Cocktail
Mix ingredients in a blender with ice until frozen. Pour into a large red wine or hurricane glass
and garnish with elderberry jelly.








Strawberry Portn Tini
Ingredients
3 fresh crushed strawberries
1 1/4 oz. Portn Pisco
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
1 1/4 oz. soda water
1/2 oz. Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup*

* Or use oz. simple syrup and 2 drops chipotle hot sauce as a substitute
How to Mix This Cocktail
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh
strawberry and a lime wedge.


Capitan
Ingredients
1 oz. Portn Pisco
1 oz. vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
Garnish with a maraschino cherry
How to Mix This Cocktail
Pour vermouth and Portn Pisco into a glass with ice then add the
dash of bitters. Stir ingredients together until cool. Strain into a martini glass
with a maraschino cherry resting at the bottom. If you'd prefer a sweeter taste, add 1/2 oz of
vermouth. For a drier drink, add an additional 1/2 oz of Portn Pisco.


Huaringuero
Ingredients
2 oz. Portn Pisco
oz. lime juice
Lime wedge
Pomegranate seeds
How to Mix This Cocktail
Chill Portn Pisco and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Add a few pomegranate seeds into a shot
glass and then strain in wet ingredients. Squeeze and drop in a lime wedge.
