Pain of vial (adhi shishi ka dard)

Pain of half a vial has become a common incidence nowadays. In this disease, there is
unbearable pain in half areas of head. Treat it with the below told household formula without
any side effects:
Dissolve asafoetida (hing) in water and take whiffs of it to feel relieved from shishi
ka dard.
Take a nip of salt and stir it in a teaspoonful of honey. Lick it to feel relief from the
pain of half vial.
If the pain of shishi increases with the climbing of the day, then eat zalebi or rabari
with milk to relieve pain.
Mix two teaspoonful of ghee with double its quantity of jaggery (gur), and eat it in an
empty stomach in the morning.
Lick the tulsi powder with honey morning and evening.
Grind dried ginger (Saunth) in water, make it as a paste by warming it, apply it hot
around the entire forehead. You shall stand certainly to be benefited.
Massage your head with mustard oil to be relieved off the recurring pain.

Sure shot formulae (ram baan nushkhe)

It is better to treat some smaller diseases with the household remedies in stead of treating
these through the allopath. These as follows:
In breathing and coughing problem, it is useful to suck lemon sprinkled with black
pepper.
During the bouts of asthma attacks, dip your hands and feet in warm water for 10
minutes. It will be highly relieving.
In the state of nosebleed, dribble 2-3 drops of lemon into both the nostrils to stop the
bleeding.
Warts of piles snap out by eating beetroot(chukandar) and veggie of chaulai.
Apply paste made up of carom (ajwaain- grinded to powder) in cases of itch, scabies
or scratching. Washing the affected areas with ajwain warmed up with water is also
very effective in such conditions.
In case of pyorrhoea, apply on teeth 4 times a day the mix of deshi ghee with camphor
and reap the marvel of the benefits. Keep on releasing the saliva and gargle after it.
Benefit is certain.
If there is hole in the teeth or pain in it, then put phitkiri wrapped in cotton and press
this swab where the location of the hole is and dribble the saliva thus formed.


Conclusion:
The patient of shishi dard should be wary of their tension, excessive work load and
constipation etc. They should also minimise eating roasted and fried foods, coffee and tea.
