DJ AGREEMENT

1. Rate: Promoter agrees to pay DJ ________________ DOLLARS ($) for playing at the
Event detailed above. Promoter shall pay DJ in full at the conclusion of said Event.
2. Time: DJ agrees to arrive to the venue at least _____ minutes prior to the designated
start time in order to set up and assure all sound is working properly. DJ is to begin
playing as specified Start Time and ending no earlier than specified End Time.
3. Equipment: DJ is fully aware of all available equipment that the specified venue has
available. All other equipment necessary to fulfill the duty at hand will be facilitated by
DJ.
4. Independent Contractor: DJ acknowledges that he shall perform their obligations
hereunder as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Promoter.
