Chers Messieurs,
Suite notre runion de lundi pass, nous avons prpar les informations budgtaires
prliminaires pour vos projets de biodiesel Dunkerque.
Une usine standard de biodiesel comprends deux units de production principales:
- la partie prtraitement des huiles, ou De Smet Ballestra offre un prtraitement des
huiles brutes en route physique, pour optimiser le rendement de l'huile raffine mais
aussi pour minimaliser les problmes environmentals de l'installation (pas de soapstock
ni cassage de ptes comme dans le raffinage chimique). En plus les distillats du
raffinage physique (contenant les acides gras libres de l'huile brute) peuvent tre
convertis en biodiesel dans l'unit d'esterification acide. Ceci permet d'augmenter le
rendement en biodiesel de 1 5%, en fonction du taux des acides gras libres dans
l'huile brute !!!
Un pr-traitement comme propos permet de traiter toute une gamme de matires
premires, pure ou en mlanges (l'huile de colza, soya, palm, jatropha ....). Il faut
remarquer nansmoins que pour traiter l'huile de tournesol une section supplmentaire
(section de wintrisation) sera ncessaire (pas inclus dans les budgets pour l'instant).
- la partie biodiesel, (en zone Ex - ATEX) ou l'huile raffine est convertie en biodiesel
par une raction de transestrification avec le MeOH et le NaOMe comme catalyseur.
Inclus est aussi une esterification acide comme dcrit dessus.
Dans les deux fichiers en annexe vous pouvez trouver une description technique
dtaille d'une usine de biodiesel Desmet Ballestra. Inclus sont aussi les
consommations des ractifs et des auxiliaires et les garanties de performances de notre
procd.
Nous pouvons vous donner les informations suivantes pour valuer l'investissement.
Les budgets pour la solution 'turn key' on t prpar avec l'aide de notre compagnie
soeur 'De Smet Engineers & Contractors'.

Le terrain total est environ 550 m sur 300 m. Ceci devrait aussi tre suffisant pour un
200.000 tpa.
