Tourists and locals love to brunch in Las Vegas on Sunday (and the Easter
holiday) and many restaurants in town offer this divine midday meal with
special touches.

BRUNCH INSIDE BELLAGIO
Guests can feast upon a bountiful bufet while
taking in the breathtaking view of the Fountains
of Bellagio during this exquisite brunch on
Sundays from 11 a.m.to 2:30 p.m. Priced at $58
per person ($25 for children ages 6-12), highlights
of the elegant afair include the Wu Xu-style
braised short ribs and lobster-potato cake eggs
benedict. Tere are also made-to-order omelet
and Asian noodle soup stations, a shellfsh bar
with fresh-shucked oysters and crab legs, a
decadent chocolate fountain and a carving station
featuring such succulent choices as dry-aged
prime rib and honey-glazed slab bacon. Its truly
one of Las Vegas most unforgettable spreads.

Served from 10:30 a.m.to 2:30 p.m., this unique
Sunday brunch features a variety of small plates
brought to the table butler style. Priced at $48
for adults and $28 for children under 12, guests
can indulge in such must-try selections as the
heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad, corn
fake-crusted brioche French toast and veal
short rib hash. With more than a dozen dishes
to choose from, it can be easy to let some pass by
as you start to get full, but dont miss out on the

SIMONS SUNDAY PAJAMA
BRUNCH INSIDE PALMS PLACE
Tis fun Sunday brunch, held from 8 a.m. to 3
p.m., encourages guests to come in their pajamas
while they dine on an assortment of whimsical
comfort food by celebrated chef Kerry Simon.
Patrons can dig in to a menu of mouthwatering
items from the kitchen, like the tasty pigs in a
blanket, as well as selections from various food
stationsincluding sushifor just one price:
$39.50 and $14.50 for kids under 12. On Easter, a
variety of specialty items will be ofered including
spring leg of lamb and brown sugar spiral ham
(Easter prices are $49 and $29 for kids under
12). Guests can complement their selections
with Simons all-you-can-drink build-your-
own Bloody Mary bar for an additional $20.50
featuring more than 30 sauces and four vodkas.
