You are a member of an organization which meets regularly at a particular

restaurant. The most recent meal you had there was not satisfactory, and you were
very disappointed with the quality of the food and the behavior of the staff.
Write a letter to the manager of the restaurant. Explain what was wrong what the
meal and the service, and suggest what he/she should do to ensure that you and
your group return to the restaurant.
Dear sir/madam
My name is saeed, am a member of nature group which has regular meeting on Mondays
at your restaurant. We always take a meal when our meeting is over, but the last time we got
to gathergot together/collected at your restaurant, the quality of your service was awful so ;
therefore, am writing to complain about it.
First of all would prefer to write about the quality of the meal. There were limited menu for
choosing among. But, we eventually chose goose and vegetables as the main course and
ice-cream as the dessert. When tried it, realized that the goose was uncooked and the
sauce was extremely sweet, the vegetables were not fresh enough and the ice-cream was
not well well-designed.
n the case of service, should say the order got ready very late and we wasted a lot of time.
Your staffs were not friendly and didn't did not pay attention to our requests. n some cases
forks were not clean enough so that our guest cleaned them by a piece of tissue.
expect you to do something as compensation if you would like to have us at your restaurant
again. suggest you to change your menu and send me a copy of it in advanced at the
beginning of every week and employ a new experienced cook. At last, you would better to
teach your staff how to communicate with customers. expect to hear of you very soon.

As part of a class assignment you have to write about the following topic.
n some countries children have very strict rules of behavior, in other countries they
are allowed to do almost anything they want.
To what extent should children have to follow rules?
A successful person is someone who always follows rules at work and in his life. A well
organized society is depends on social rules. Rules will be effective when people abbey
obey them. However, people should learn to follow rules from childhood. That i's why we
should put rules on our children's daily life. But we should set a balance between rules and
freedom n in some cases so that children don't do not get tired and like to follow them.
There are some rules that are essential for safety of our children against their environment.
For instance, rules for using electrical home appliances, traffic rules, rules for chemical
substances like as detergents and drugs and so on can be extremely harmful for our children
so there should be strict rules in this case.
Another rules are important for up-bringing our children in the correct way. For example,
politeness against towards parents and the elderly, being responsible about their home
workshomework and studies, taking care of younger siblings, and learning time
management, etc. this kind of behaviors are very important for a child to learn how to
manage his/her life in the future. So Therefore, rules in this area can be flexible so that
children could find the best approach on themselves.
The most important thing to keep in mind about passing rules for our children is to pay
attention to their age. We should reduce the strictness of rules while our children get older
and make them familiar with social rules.
n conclusion, think if we don't do not put any rules on our children's behavior, they will be
spoiled people in the society who won't will not manage to deal with the rules of society
when they get older. n addition, in my opinion, rules especially the ones that are not related
to safety could be flexible so that children won't will not get fed up with them.
