de excelencia. La fabricacin ACCT est
centrada en la Calidad. Todas las etapas
de la fabricacin estn celosamente
monitorizadas y siempre validadas
mediante un control de calidad. La
trazabilidad de las fbras de carbono
empleadas en la construccin de nuestros
cuadros nos permite controlar el origen y
la calidad de nuestra materia prima.
Fibras de Carbono UHM
Capas de carbono unidireccional con una
relacin peso-resistencia optimizada para
lograr la mxima rigidez. Las fbras UHM
Toray cumplen con los test de fatiga
ms resistentes y certifcan la fabilidad
de todos nuestros cuadros.
SL Superlight
Una aplicacin exclusiva de fbras de
carbono y resina durante el proceso de
conformado de los tubos que permite
aligerar nuestros cuadros de alta
gama. Este Know-how forma parte del
conocimiento de Massi y es el resultado
de nuestra larga experiencia en cuadros
de carbono.
DST
Nuestras exclusivas tcnicas de
fabricacin eliminan las pequeas
imperfecciones del interior de los tubos
de carbono, asegurando una superfcie
lisa y libre de defectos. El resultado es
un ratio peso-rigidez optimizado y una
resistencia a la fatiga mejorada.
Puntera de Carbono
Evolucin del sistema SSD dnde las
punteras de aluminio han sido reemplazadas
por otras realizada totalmente en carbono
para conseguir menor peso y mayor rigidez.

de aluminio estn siempre diseados
para proporcionar el mximo rendimiento
y fabricados con la mejor aleacin. Los
materiales son elegidos profesionalmente
para conseguir los mejores resultados.
Aleacin de Triple Espesor
El conformado con aleacin de triple
espesor AIRLIGHT se usa en nuestros
cuadros de aluminio de alta gama. Esta es
la evolucin de la aleacin Al-Zn-Mg para
lograr un menor peso pero conservando
el mismo ndice de rigidez.
TB Tubos en Espesor Variable
El mejor equilibrio entre rigidez,
resistencia y peso para nuestros cuadros
ms populares. Los tubos en espesor
variable TB son manufacturados con
gran precisin para lograr el mejor
rendimiento del cuadro.
RB, Tubos en Espesor Reforzado
Aleacin de alta resistencia con
tratamiento trmico posterior para
incrementar la resistencia mecnica. Los
cuadros realizados en aluminio reforzado
poseen una excelente rigidez.
Soldadura Pulida STA
Soldaduras pulidas que otorgan a
nuestros cuadros de aluminio un gran
nivel de acabado. El STA garantiza una
excelente resistencia y proporciona un
acabado limpio y liso a las soldaduras.

Evolucin del Sistema ODB para

Press Fit
Se incrementa la longitud y el dimetro
de la caja de pedalier para aumentar la
rigidez lateral del cuadro y mejorar la
transmisin de los esfuerzos a las bielas.
Las cazoletas son ms ligeras y se montan
directamente sobre el cuadro, sin roscas,
lo que reduce notablemente el peso del
conjunto.
Integrated Clamp Concept
Algunos de nuestros cuadros de alta
gama cuentan con el Sistema ICC que
integra la abrazadera de la tija de silln
al cuadro.
Direct Fit
La tecnologa Direct Fit incorpora un
anclaje postmount para la pinza del
freno de disco trasero. El conjunto
tiene mayor rigidez que con el sistema
IS convencional y en la transmisin de
la fuerza de frenado se minimizan las
prdidas de energa.
R12
Mediante el uso de un eje pasante trasero
de 12x142mm se consigue dotar al
cuadro de una mayor rigidez. El conjunto
gana en resistencia, se disminuyen los
esfuerzos de torsin sobre los tirantes y
se mejora notablemente el rendimiento
del cuadro.
FAS
Sistema de suspensin desarrollado por
Massi para lograr un mayor confort,
mayor control en la conduccin y menor
resistencia a la rodadura. La localizacin
del punto de pivotaje se ha determinado
con precisin para minimizar las prdidas
de energa y reducir la contaminacin en
el pedaleo.
CABLEADO
ICR
Sistema de cableado interno que permite
un ahorro del peso con la eliminacin de
los topes de funda. Reduce el roce del
cableado que ya no est expuesto a la
intemperie.
ICR2
Evolucin del sistema ICR integrando el
cableado por el interior de las traseras
inferiores.
ICRe
Integracin completa al cuadro de los
actuales sistemas de cambio electrnico.
El cableado y las conexiones se realizan
por entero de forma interna, de manera
que todo el sistema queda protegido y
a salvo de agentes externos. El resultado
es un conjunto ms esttico y de gran
acabado.
Twin-SYS
Los cuadros equipados con tecnologa
Twin-Sys estn preparados para el montaje
de grupos mecnicos o electrnicos
indistintamente, permitiendo al usuario
cambiar de un sistema a otro de forma fcil
y sin tener que adquirir un nuevo cuadro.
Integrated Cable Guide
Integracin de las guas de cable en la
caja del pedalier, eliminando la gua y su
tornillera, ahorrando unos gramos de
peso y mejorando el acabado fnal.
IB
El tubo hidrulico del freno trasero se ha
integrado en el interior de los tirantes
para una mayor proteccin y una mejora
notable del acabado esttico del cuadro.

UHM Carbon Layers
Le carbone unidirectionnel, exclusivement

Notre complexe mthode de fabrication
DST limine toutes les imperfections, grce

Carbon Dropout
Evolution du systme SSD: le carbone

TB Butted Custom Tubing
Le meilleur quilibre entre rigidit,

Reinforced Butted
Aluminium de haute rsistance avec
capacit limiter les torsions des tubes
et viter ainsi les deformations tout en
augmentant la rigidit et la stabilit du
cadre.
STA Smooth Treated Welding
Processus de soudure applique nos
cadres Al-Zn-Mg Airlight. Ce procd
spcial permet de faire une soudure
propre et lisse, sans altrer la rsistance
du cadre.

passage des cables lintrieur du bras

ICRe
Intgration parfaite au cadre, des

Carbon Tech manufacturing is focused

UHM Carbon Layers
Unidirectional carbon layers with an
optimized strength-weight ratio to
achieve the maximum frame rigidity.
Toray UHM layers meet the toughest
fatigue resistance tests and ensure the

during the lay-up process achieves an

Carbon Dropout

Triple Butted Alloy
Massi Triple Butted Airlight Tubing is used
in our high range alloy frames. This is the
evolution of the Al-Zn-Mg Reinforced
Butted to achieve a lighter weight but
keeping the same rigidity and stability.
TB Butted Custom Tubing
The best balance among stiffness,
endurance and lightweight for our best-
selling alloy frames. TB Butted Custom
tubes are manufactured with high
accuracy to achieve the best performance
of the frame.
Reinforced Butted
Highly endurable aluminium alloy with
an extra heat treatment to increase the
stress resistance. Reinforced Butted
frames have an excellent rigidity and
strength.
STA Smooth Treated Welding
Smooth welding treatment for an
astonishing fnish of our alloy frames. The
STA guarantees the maximum welding
resistance and features a neat and clean
look of the treated areas.

Press Fit
The length and diameter of the bottom
bracket have been increased to improve
the lateral stiffness of the frame and
enhance the power transmission to
the crank set. The cups are lighter and
mounted directly on the BB shell, which
greatly reduces the overall weight.
Integrated Clamp Concept
Some Massi high range frames feature
the ICC system that integrates the seat
clamp to the frame geometry.
Direct Fit
Direct Fit frames feature a post-mount
standard ftting for the rear disc brake
caliper. The rigidity of the assembly is
improved compared to the traditional IS
standard caliper mounting systems and
brake effciency is optimized.
R12
The rear axle has been upgraded to
a 12x142mm thru-axle. The main
advantages of the R12 system are an
improvement of the stiffness of the
rear stay and a notably decrease of the
torsional stress on the rear stay.
FAS
Rear suspension system developed by
Massi to achieve an increased rider
comfort, enhanced wheel contact and
control, and less net rolling resistance.
Pivot point location has been accurately
designed to minimize energy losses and
pedaling contamination to the dynamic
system.
CABLE ROUTING
ICR
The Internal Cable Routing allows us to
save weight and to protect the wires from
the external environmental aggressions.
ICR2
Evolution of the ICR system that
integrates the cables into the chain stay.
ICRe
Total integration of the current electronic
groupsets to the frame. All the wiring and
connections have been placed internally
to conceal the whole system and to
protect it from external aggressions. The
result is a clean frame with a great fnish.
Twin-SYS
Frames featuring Twin-Sys technology
may equip either mechanical or electronic
groupsets. Changing from one system to
another is quick and easy.
Integrated Cable Guide
Integration of the cable guides on the
BB shell that eliminates the external
cable routing, saving some weight and
improving the fnish of the frame.
