PeopleSoft Online Marketing enables marketers to go beyond once-and-done direct

interactions with customers. The Dialog Designer page enables marketers to define
ongoing interactions that enable organizations to continuously engage with customers
based on their specific needs and preferences. Dialogs built and tested in a staging

implementation time.

and testing to launch and followup, leveraging the best combination of channels for
